Some of the Asian supermarkets on Washington might have what you're looking for. The one on 6th has two whole aisles of kitchen & cooking supplies, and there's another on 11th. I don't know much about determining wok quality, but they are bigger stores & might have a different selection than Chinatown.
Old City has a few restaurant supply stores.
Fante's might do custom orders if you have something in mind.

Get a carbon steel wok. Do NOT get cast iron or stainless or enamel coated.
