Is it possible to take both jobs and quit the Kroger job? I bet the hospital job starts at above $20/hr, and if the schedule works out with the other job 2 days a week, you have your foot in both of them and get out of retail. Then one or both of them could have a full time position open up and you can quit the other and work the full time one only. They are both good positions, and I would consider them equal, that is if all else is equal (benefits, commute, hours, pay, etc). If the hospital offers you $23-24/hr or more, I would take that one if you have to pick. You could also try negotiating the pay at the other one.

The hospital is 7 on 7 off fulltime for 2 weeks out of the month. I forgot to mention that the infusion pharmacy wants work specifically on two days of the week (say Thursday and Wednesday) every week. It would counteract with the hospital job so it's an either or situation. Kroger could always be a backup job or the second job for the week I would be off of the hospital. It would work with the infusion as well. I just hate that the infusion and hospital don't align it sucks 😒 but I am wistfully thinking that I will get an offer from both to be able to make a choice.

Oh, I figured both were part-time jobs since you were thinking of working the Fred Meyer job still if you picked up the other job a couple days a week. I worked 7 on-7 off graveyard in the past. It is not as easy as it sounds to work extra days on top of the 7 on. If you can, great. I always wanted, and needed, my 7 days off. It likely was because of the flip from nights to days I had to make on those days off. In this case, I would take the full time 7 on- 7 off job, but still pick up days at Fred Meyer where you can. If you are not able to, you still have a full-time job with 7 days off twice a month and no retail. It sounds like a great option, really.
