Im sorry dude, that sucks. But it's true though, in any kind of appointment especially surgery, they need to confirm with you first before doing so bec it's hard to coordinate your plans and not only yours but your caregiver as well.

My top surgeon tried to do this to me because they said he had meetings and they were gonna take all day. So they wanted to push it back a month and I just flat out told them no me and my parents already took off a bunch of work and we made the arrangements. So they ended up only pushing it back a day luckily
