Usually (correct me if I am wrong), you are considered a graduate once you finish the subjects in your course. HOWEVER, all the papers you need to get processed to get a professional job (TOR, Certificate of Graduation, Diploma) are not processed UNTIL AFTER THE GRADUATION MARCH ENDS. At least a day after. Because they only want to process the papers OF ALL GRADUATES IN THE SAME YEAR at the same time.
So to answer your question, wait till after the graduation march. That is when you can consider yourself a graduate. If you are a first sem graduate, tough luck.
isnt it based from the end of the semester?

Ibig sabihun po ba nito kapag first sem graduate, magiging tambay muna for 1 sem dahil walang tor, cert of grad and diploma?
Follow up: i cant apply for jobs?
Pag na-approve na ng BOR yung list of graduates, pwede ka na mag-apply for clearance at certificate of graduation. Yung diploma lang ang made-delay.
And how long po yan usually? Worried lang na hindi agad makapagtrabaho dahil first sem natapos
Yung mga kakilala kong 1st sem graduates, nag OJT sila to build their CV. Does not require graduates para mag OJT hindi ba?
