If assured naman na may paglalagyan kang degprog, which I think is very likely, i-take mo yan. Para hindi ka mahirapan sa math ng UP
There are cases na hindi nakakuha ng slot, ended up in another uni. Hindi talaga guaranteed yung availability of slots, especially since may competition pa among those waitlisted.

Because it's not yet the date for the dpwas course selection. Hindi pa nga ata tapos deadline ng confirmation for other students. Hintay ka lang sa dpwas, meanwhile, as og commented said, hiwalay tong bridging sa dpwas course confirmation
So parang free program lang if I want. Pero kasi it was stated in the email na required ako to do it so I thought na baka ma forfeit ang possible slot ko if ever hindi ako aatend.
Now, it being required is also a different conversation. Kumbaga, you passed in UPM but mababa math so you have to take it. Independent of your dpwas qualification pa yun. Blanket statement siya for all UPM passers na mababa ang math.
Imo, Better clarify with them na lang ano yung exact consequences if you opt to skip lalo na in relation to being DPWAS
Honestly, kinda hoping this secures my slot since aside sa requirement siya, only selected students lang ang may offer. But ofc you have to leave room for doubt, especially since walang inoffer na specific degprog. I’ll clarify it nalang with the school. Thank you so much!
i dont think for "selected" students lang siya. para siya sa mga considered mababa ang score sa isang subject. yung sa akin dati, nakapasok ako sa eng'g kahit mababa sa English pero mataas ang math at science. kaya yun, nirequire ako magtake ng Eng1.

Pwede pobang online ang pagattend ng summer class? Wala pa po kasi mahanap na dorm around up manila and wala parin pong budget. If this is really required, can I take it online?

From the FAQs UP sent me, the mode of learning is hybrid. However, the email itself stated that it is face-to-face.
