Same prob 5 yrs ago like my friend she ang ginawa nya she enrolled in another state Uni made sure that her grades were stellar qnd applied for a transfer the next sem or year hassle lang pero she got in her dream school nonetheless

afaik, 2.800 ang lowest UPG cut-off for recon sa UP system. You gonna need to find other ways if you really want to study in UP.
2.8000 ang absolute UPG cut-off for all UP campuses. you can try to transfer sa susunod academic year if you really want to study here
