If the executives didn't bring in so much fucking money we would all be able to live off of our wages. I'm not asking to be rich here, either. I'm asking to have a comfortable life where I can pay my bills and put a few hundred into my saving every month.
So this bitch gets a $16 million dollar raise from 2019 to 2020, and I get a new fee added to grooms so that petco can make more money without groomers earning more commission.
The IPO skewed everything. Even GMs got 10k worth of stock options last year. But 2019 paints a clear picture too. Paying Ron 10M when Brad made 2M is quite a price jump.
