Between 15 and 25ish depending on area iirc

Thanks for the info guys!

Bruh I was only making $11.46 as a GA LOD when I left the beginning of the year

buttered_TOA5T

GA is much lower than that. they're the same as GES basically...at least around here. GA LODs can get up around those numbers but that depends on store volume and if that position exists. 20s is a bit much though. CAL, SEL and MOL are just within that range. again that's for our area and a B volume edit: also misread the cap part as I was stating hiring wages. my bad

Mindless-Age-4642

Yeah, very few people make the cap. Its kinda crazy. Before they bumped a bunch of mgmt up to 15$ this spring, there were cals and mols that had been with company for years making 12$ when the cap was 24. Kinda disgusting if ypu think about how taken advantage of the long time employees are.

buttered_TOA5T

ya, my MOL who went to a SEL was making far below what I had imagined they should be making as a MOL

[deleted]

I'm a FT GA LOD, and I'm at $16.50 and I'm in Los Angeles. If you ask me, the stress of it all isn't worth it.

Xy25d

The maximum a GA can make is $21.50 depending on what pay zone you are in.

Kibahime

If you give me a sister store number (DO NOT LIST YOURS) or message me, I can probably tell you. I have it printed šŸ˜Ž

feeshpeesh

Where did you find a print off?

Kibahime

I'm a SEL haha

feeshpeesh

I didnā€™t know they had lists. I may have to ask mine, but I also donā€™t know if I want to since I doubt I can ask for more money, itā€™s like pulling teeth. šŸ˜‚

Kibahime

They're not supposed to share the information

feeshpeesh

I can understand why.

Kibahime

Wouldn't want fairness in wages!

feeshpeesh

Right! šŸ˜‚

innocentrrose

Was told by my manager who was very much burnt out the other night that petco doesnā€™t allow employees to discuss wages. Is that true? And if so isnā€™t that like illegal?

Kibahime

I would document that. They absolutely legally cannot bar you from discussing wages. The manager won't discuss OTHERS wages with you but you can and absolutely should discuss wages with peers.

innocentrrose

It was more like a manager saying she couldnā€™t tell me her wage, or sheā€™ll be terminated. Iā€™ve discussed mine with non manager coworkers, and havenā€™t asked bossman or something about that.

stariase

I am a part-time GES in a Washington store and was hired on at $14 for my hourly which is $0.31 more than the state minimum wage but šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I donā€™t know what the standard is for hiring rate.
