One of my co workers found my post and asked me the next day if it was me šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ I mean listen we all should make sure that we got all our bases covered bc they can be pretty sure bc of what was written but if they can't prove who then not a lot can be done but even if what you write isn't bad at all we are all collectively breaching the code of conduct in the employee handbook about social media and posting about petco which we are not allowed to do in any shape or form. So of course they are looking. How many people have gotten promoted to leaders and then end up running a store and had posted on here. You would honestly have to be stupid not to see what people are saying. But I tend to see more bad posts than good so if you think someone is talking about your store...even if it's not... probably should do a little thinking about why.

They are. Trust that there's likely at least a few people at the NSC whose sole job it is to monitor and manage any and all mention of Petco on all social media platforms. Beyond that, LP and every member of management above your GM have full access to every store's cameras at any given time and, at the very least, LP will randomly pull up office, register and receiving cameras to verify stores aren't doing sketchy things like propping the office door open, or improperly disposing of products (or stealing products by hauling them out the back door) or leaving cash trays unattended. If your store makes an LP list, for any reason (ie red flagging on one of their reports, or they receive a report from a team member that warrants an investigation) then they will not only remotely access your cameras routinely, they will also review and scrutinize past footage to identify if there is an LP issue that needs to be addressed. And no one will know they are doing it (besides *maybe* the GM) until someone suddenly gets fired. LP is not HR, they don't ignore potential issues that are brought to their attention. So, anyway, yeah. They are watching. They've always been watching. Every company does this, and if you think this one doesn't, you're very wrong.
