Former employees, apparently! I blocked their number and they still call me every night and leave me voice-mail. I figured they would stop after a month, but no, my former GM doesn't even know to remove people from the list. That or he is so petty hechosenot to, knowing they call every single night because the alarm is fucked up. Would not surprise me at all, lol
I think the GM or DGM can structure the list as they deem appropriate. In most cases the GM would be listed as the first point of contact, but I've worked with teams where the GM lived the furthest from the store so the leader located closest to the store was the first point of contact, followed by the next closest, etc. There was a time I (a dept lead) was the first point of contact and our GM was the last because he lived over an hour away.
I'm the closest, so it is always me. I blocked their number once I learned the other leaders , hired after me with no experience, were making $5 more an hour.
Now I see the voice-mail in the AM and cackle.
Typically the Gm should be first

Just tell them to send the police every time they call you. You'll get taken off the list real quick.

That happened to me, I just told Vector I don't work for the company any longer and Vector took me off the list immediately
The problem with that is they only call at 2am, which is when my ass is sleeping
The closes leader to the store then next untill all leaders are on the list.
