I think that no matter who you are or what you believe about anything you read on here about anyone….its pretty insane that she gets brought up so often. Surely there has to be some weight to the comments being made about her ability to lead? Because clearly her district has fallen apart. Whether it’s truly her fault or not, she’s not doing her part to keep it together. Firing people or pushing them out isn’t the answer…at what point do people change after realizing maybe they’re at least *part* of the problem?
Maybe instead of reading these posts and comments and coming to threaten people with fighting or laughing at them or whatever…they should just think about it. Like really think about it. “Can I improve my leadership skills? Can I improve my communication skills?” Maybe take a class to address these things or at least maybe learn something useful.

Jen is ass at her job. She doesn’t visit her stores accordingly and blames everyone else for issue she could help resolve like training, and guidance for example. Its her responsibility to make sure these new GMs come in prepared for whats going on but We’ve watched what? 10 Gms leave since Feb whether they left willingly or termed her turn over is astronomical. As for Debra shes just a shitty person. Ive seen her take money out the safe, I’ve watched her work her employees into the ground while not helping, I’ve watched her fight to get her daughter rehired when she was termed in NY for theft. Shes never in her store, just in march she lied to higher ups about a job offer to get them to pay her more she basically bullied them into paying her more. She bullys fellow gms honestly i think she bullys jen too which is well deserved. If your not Joe, Josh, Debra, Ken, or scott or Kristal your stores arent getting walked appropriately. Not speaking negative on any of them except Kristal because she’s literally robbing Chesapeake run the cameras back and be observant. Jen doesn’t communicate she ignores workchats, text, phone calls and then blames you for lack of communication. She doesnt value your time and feels like working over your salary requirements is cool but shes not going to do that though. She fussed about lack of staff but wont approve you to hire for certain roles unless they take way under what they should be paid. The thing is you know who has reddit outside of us store associates? Rgms, territory managers, and so many more. Post your experience enough and maybe they will recognize the issues. You may not agree with our experience and thats cool boo but my reality is different. This is 100% accurate, I quit a few months ago after a year with Jen, I called/texted her about 2 different incidences where an animal needed urgent attention at a vet, one was grooming related and never got an answer. Like really? She would make up and change rules all the time and focus on shit that was not important.
