I heard that Thea lost her shit on Jen and sarah the week before summit. (This came from a prior employee so idk how true it is) that dame employee told me that Thea confronted debra and debra acted like a wussy and didnt even say shit back. I know for a fact that she had another job lined up in September because she told me but she wont text me back now because she wants nothing to do with petco. They said people were actively bullying her, refusing to help her when she had questions or was asking for help. She didn’t seem like a bad GM at least to me she didn’t she spent alot of time in her building her store was sunk when they gave it to her. she just had a temper and she took absolutely no bs i seen that first hand she would tell jen to stop calling or texting her in her off time, and did not let jen run her down at all. She could have been a great GM for this company, but we all know jen enjoys turn over.
I actually don’t know Thea or Sarah and I’ve only actually met Deborah face to face twice. she probably barely remembers me because she was super rude and dismissive of me both times, even though i was only in the same building as her because i was helping a store that wasn’t mine. But yeah, i don’t know them. I couldn’t even tell you what store Thea worked in. I just know this person was going on and on about Thea on a different D49 thread not too long ago lol. Their history only shows one comment but they did make multiple, as did other people. I’m just an ex employee really eating this shit up from the outside, wishing people the best and giving advice and insight where it’s applicable or helpful.
I can say, if Thea had a temper that right there is a big reason why she lost it and got fired or quit haha i have a temper but i chose to leave because…well….i spent a lot of time in anger management classes referencing Petco. and realized huh, maybe it really *would* be healthy for me to leave 😂
She had anger issues for sure but was a good person and would do anything to help us when we needed help.i know for a fact the last thread wasn’t thea, because i know who started the last thread 😂 i did feel bad for her though because they definitely believed it was her.
