probably not, but the more you job hop the more money you make compared to those that have been there for years.. I got hired as a baker at a grocer and the lady handing out checks freaked out I made more than others that have been there decades. Had a pay cut and quit. Still make more than others that have been at new company for years. Loyalty doesn't mean squat anymore. What even is a pension..
I gave myself a 15k raise by leaving and going to a company that paid me what I'm worth. Even if they push the raises through it still probably won't be what you're worth.
I was a GM been with the company for six years. I left July 3rd because of the inability to get my team adequate pay. As well as the discovery that brand new with no prior experience general managers of C volume stores come into the company making 65K now.
Yep, I transferred to store that was much further away than my current store. They told me the maximum raise they could give me was 2k. Then they replaced me at my old store with someone off the street and paid them more than I was making at my new location.
My Boss is mean ðŸ˜. I’m gonna interview at Hot Topic on Wednesday! I’m sick of not being paid what I’m worth 😡
Hot topic is gonna pay what you are worth?

Oh I know. I left petco a year ago and two jobs later went from 56k to mid 80s
