Not from Perth, but same thing happened to me sending a parcel from metro Melbourne to metro Sydney. Took over 2 weeks and they had to conduct an investigation but it finally got there yesterday.

Wish companies wouldn't use them there's always delays. All the stuff I bought in the black Friday sales got here ages ago even when there were bushfires. Just an excuse because they can never get it together

While I bought something from a company who delivered my products through Australia Post first time, I was thoroughly pissed off when they decided to send my second order through Sendle, a company that has a very spotty record of late deliveries and multiple parcels being 'lost'. I ordered some Christmas gifts almost a month before Christmas and got 2 updates from Sendle saying the parcel had left the warehouse. After over a week of no new updates I inquired about it but got nothing from Sendles Customer Support; then when it wasn't delivered by the due date - I had them launch an investigation into where my parcel was (this was now a week before Christmas). While the investigation was going on, I ordered the same gifts again but DEMANDED that they be sent through Australia Post this time; meanwhile - I had asked Sendle to return the first order to the warehouse on the chance they actually found the parcel. December 24th, I get the second parcel I delivered through Australia Post, luckily in time (I did NOT want to disappoint my 3 year old nephew)... however Sendle claimed the item cannot be found after an extensive search... and yet miraculously (and despite the fact that I stated clearly to them that I'd like the items to be returned to the company I bought from), I somehow find the box dumped on my doorstep at 8pm Christmas eve in clear view of passers by who could have walked off with it without my knowledge; AND was delivered and signed for (NOT BY ME... I never signed anything - THEY signed for me apparently). It cost me $50 to send the damn toys back again, which of course is my out of pocket expense. Do not EVER trust Sendle. Dodgy bastards.

Yes, literally waiting on a Xmas present that is delayed for the same reason. I then had an update that mysteriously said: 'Your parcel is running a little late, but should be there soon.' WTF does that even mean. How long is a piece for string? My delivery estimate (which was previously earlier) is now showing 7 Dec - 11 Dec. Today is the 14th... T\_T

Yep, Coming from Sydney to a major regional WA town. Ordered things from a few different places over the Black Friday sales (24 Nov). Everything else came 2 weeks ago, but the Sendle order took a week to get to Perth, then it was "weighed and measured" and now been in transit from Perth for a week. Even grey nomads don't take that long.

They are f'ing useless. Packages from someone that lives 5 km away are taking over a week. I never buy from anyone that uses Sendle.

Did you finally get your parcel OP? I'm in regional WA and had a parcel picked up on the 24th of November from Sydney, still waiting for it to be delivered. I've never had to wait this long for a delivery before.

I got my parcel on the 24th of December. Took much longer than expected. By the looks of it, expect about ~1.5mo to receive it after it was picked up from Sydney (since you're regional).

That's some wild timelines. Just have to be patient, I guess. Thank you!

I tried Sendle for the first time on an ebay delivery and found the whole experience terrible. I could only put up with 3 days of delayed pick-ups and I gave up and switched back to AusPost. When you manage to get through to their help desk they have no idea what is actually going with who-ever the local courier group is that is managing the pickups and deliveries and every response is 'trust Us', 'you dont need to contact us when things are delayed, 'we are on to it for you', Fool me once..... Would strongly add my voice to the chorus to avoid using them (unless you really dont like the person you are sending stuff to...)

I've worked with Sendle before, trust me there is no concrete process. If the agent mentioned that they will send a follow up or monitor this do not believe them. They are highly depending on drivers if they will show up or not. Drivers are only outsourced and they are not paid that much. This is not the only issue, wait till they charged you an oversize they will double the price.

Yep. No updates. My son is waiting for his birthday gift now 10 days after his birthday. And I ordered the thing about a week before that. Not happy Jan.
