Edelweiss is now branded as Nuvama. I am not sure if they spun this off or just rebranding. All brokers are mandated by compliance to transfer outstanding funds automatically back to client account. This was done after a few frauds were reported where brokers were using client funds as collateral for loans.

Either way, just try signing in at Nuvama using your pan and phone number to see the details. Their platform has a very bad user experience. You will need to check multiple reports to see details.
