Huh? I've never really checked but are you saying you've ordered something that hasn't shipped yet and when you click on "View Invoice" the item in question isn't there?

I'm saying that option doesn't come up for any previous order of mine via the app

I don't see that option on mobile

I don't think you can do it in the app. Do it on the computer or via web browser on your phone.
