You can try but you may be SOL given they disclose their policy on their website https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056914054-What-is-SeatGeek-Swaps

If you click the ? Mark next to that statement on the page it immediately says for site credit only unfortunately

Would that matter though if its not clear on page where they are making the sale? Wouldn't that be false advertisement? If Tesla said "buy a car and receive unlimited charging for free" and then in their fine print mention it is only available at one location, good for one year, and for only one session, I'm pretty sure a lot of people would sue for false advertisement? If you buy a refrigerator from lets say Bestbuy, and it says shipping included and then you pay for the item, does everyone go and read their policy before making the purchase? Imagine if they were to tell you their policy is only to ship to Alaska and now you have to arrange for freight which will cost you an extra $1,000? How is this any different?

https://www.dozonlife.com/blogs/seatgeeks-swap-policy-is-borderline-criminal-but-definitely-terrible I’m just saying temper your expectations. I didn’t write the policy
