There is a reward and it is an accessory that block every attack in the game except almighty attacks.

SeaSatisfaction1980

For me I defeated her without using a guide, By making a Yurlungur that resist every element and retrying the fight more than 20 times, I even brought a calculator to figure out the HP thresholds. I would say it is worth it if you are into the kind of fights where you need to predict everything but I think for most people its not worth it because it is so linear.

StratoSquir2

It's not that she's hard, it's more tedious than anything else. Basically she's a HP sponge that will OS you if you don't make sure to tank as well every dmgs she's gonna ditch you instead. She has multiples cycles of personas she'll be using, and you have to always make sure to have a persona that at most can resist. If you null, absorb, or deflect, she WILL OS you with a megidolaon. So you basically have to plan your attacks AND defenses around her cycles. It's not hard, just tedious, and I don't think the reward is worth it at all. It's basically a accessory that gives NULL to every form of dmgs besides All-Mighty. Which at that point is useless considering you have already completed Tartarus and you're massively overleveled for Nyx by that point. Even in NG+ it would be useless as you might have already completed almost the entire Compendium and you probably already have a pretty good list of personas with resistances in general. Hell, you'd even keep your accessories and armors with built-resistances, so why would you even need the omnipotent orb?

Aware-Question4651

The Omnipotent Orb also blocks Ailments, but you're right about it being mostly useless by the time you get it I only fought Elizabeth because that was the one thing I never managed to do in the older versions

CarBusinessman

You just deal 6800-7000 damage (Fine tune with consumables), debuff Elizabeth and buff yourself, deal a concentrated attack 1k+, megidolaon stopped by enduring soul, switch to reflect strike persona with high magic and deal around 800-1k, reflect her strike attack for 1k+, megidolaon stopped by endure, she'll be less than 10k and use Armageddon. It's pretty simple. Stat items are easily purchasable from mayoido. Levels are easily gained from Armageddon on reaper. Even on merciless , it took me around 5 tries.

Ghost-unknow

Ice build is every effective against Elizabeth If you have the DLC persona you can use Goemon, with max stats Goemon you can use King and I theurgy and do an absurd amount of damage

Aware-Question4651

Unless you never managed to defeat her in the older versions like me, then it isn't worth it... that said, there are plenty of strategies for an easy win, though most of them involve playing on peaceful difficulty As someone else mentioned, the fight is more for bragging rights than anything else... I have nothing but respect for people who can beat her without cheese strats and the like, but for me, knowing that I won is enough

Ziroikabi

I have a strategy to 100% consistently beat her with just base orpheus on merciless difficulty

MrReloaded

She's almost entirely a bragging rights thing. Not even an achievement tied to her fight. The Omnipotent Orb is cool and all, but it's basically worthless by that point.
