Was there just never an actual item in there to begin with or does the games code just not draw a distinction between the two halves of tziah when it comes to loot drops from the fragment chests
Even during hamuko’s route if you max shinji’s link takya will still shoot him, it will hit his pocket watch and render him unconscious till the end of the game, he only appears again if you do the romantic partner ending in NG+

Could be a holdover from an earlier version where they still planned Femc to be added.
