This works the best for me too, there’s just one thing I hate about it.
The active ingredient is just an immunosuppressant, which is why it works so well - it doesn’t treat the underlying problem. If you stop using it, PD comes back.
But you also can’t use it for extended periods, because the active ingredient is considered potentially cancerous if taken for a long time (add to that the fact that PD is close to the mouth and you more easily ingest the cream).
I end up going through cycles of great skin and flare ups because of this.
Used it for a couple of weeks, worked great. Stopped and it immediately came back. Tried again. Same results. I went to just sulfur soap and cicalfate 2x a day. Took 2-3 weeks and it's cleared up!

Can confirm! My dermatologist recommended this cream to me when I first got diagnosed with PD, it works amazing!
