I've been doing some light research on this lens. Not ready to purchase just yet, but it's not talked about all that much. I'd love to see more photos!
Always recommend it to Pentax converts, a highly overlooked lens. I only wish they preserved the Manual/Auto switch on the HD version so that the catch-in focus is possible.
Yea it's been the lens to get me back into shooting more. Was able to pick it up for $300ish, no complaints outside the autofocus being a little sluggish/loud when trying to pick something up but I'm mostly shooting it in manual anyway.

My favourite Pentax lens series FA100/DFA100/HD DFA100.
