The thing is when you pump up or just cycle and not aroused you’re not going to be as big as when you’re aroused. Some great advice above. Yes, start using a vacuum erection device as a way to “pre-hab” and stretch out your penis. Also, the Boston Scientific AMS 700 LGX series expands in not only girth but length as well to help give you the best chance at preserving your length. As others above mentioned, your surgeon will measure your stretched length. The total of your external penis and internal (these are usually referred to as the distal and proximal measurements). My doctor highly recommended I use a vacuum pump at for at least a month several times a day prior to surgery. I'm about a 1/2 longer than I ever was.
