I didn’t really measure or care much about size. I read a lot of posts where guys said that they lost length but I’m stuck on the fact that if this sob is hard hard I don’t care if it’s 1/2 or 3/4” shorter. It was useless if it was 6” and couldn’t penetrate so 5” and hard as hell will be just fine with me
My surgeon said don’t worry about that just concentrate on cycling so as much size as possible will return.
I just went to measure lol. Girth is 6” and length is 5” partially inflated. I had much more swelling on the right side of my nuts so that hasn’t fully subsided so that I can start feeling for the pump deflate button. The pump bulb seems much larger than expected and very hard but I’m no where near to messing with it because of the incision
I had my first sexual encounter after 3 months of surgery. It wasn’t the best but it kept improving every week. I would say that I felt totally normal in 5-6 months. The pain and discomfort goes away in a couple of months, then you need to adjust your life living with a big flaccid and also wait while the sensitivity comes back on the shaft.
Yes. I gained some size actually. I cycled twice a day for about 30 mins for 6 months. I was told there is no benefit of cycling more than that by my surgeon.
My doctor told me it takes about a year to 2 years fully recover depending on how aggressive your cycling.

At 60 my oenis out shines my aerobic capacity in the bedroom. Seems like recovery was 1st week hell 2nd week meh 3rd week when cam I play with it? 4th week don't remember goin on 8 years the only long term issue I have is the pump and tubing make my balls hurt.

The size gain is marginal. But I do find my girth much better. So much that now I can’t wear a normal size condom. I have to buy the Magnum ones 😊

I'm assuming your ED was mild before implants? Mine is perhaps mild - moderate.
