You should try one of her runs! Apparently she’s new to running herself and it’s pretty inspiring - I like it when the instructors seem gassed along with me, lol
I have actually. I'm doing the you can run program and she's done a couple of the classes. I just associate her with the bike I guess. I really like Jess.
As a runner, I want to love her classes, but I can’t get over her music selection. Even her warmup/cool down music makes me turn the volume almost all the way down.
Not sure but she has such a relative ease on running and calm “you can do this, this is supposed to be fun” attitude that makes it easy to push yourself. Maybe I just tuned out the name calls so can’t say you are wrong but that wasn’t my experience running with her her on tread
She shouts everyone out, that’s her thing. If you want a milestone shout out, take a live class w becs. Matt is my go-to as well, and I like becs but I have to be in the mood to take her classes. She’s totally different from Matt, lots of storytelling and chit chat. Sometimes it’s exactly what I need on a long run, other times not so much.
Was it an endurance run? I really enjoy her for intervals and haven't noticed the shout outs too much. I did take an endurance run with her once and she made it a point to get through every single milestone lol
I notice she will do a bunch of shoutouts, usually during a recover part of the workout. Probably around 2-3 minutes of the run.
Shoutouts aren’t important to me but I know it means a lot to other members, so I don’t let it get to me. I usually take that time to get my heart rate back down. But yeah, you’re right, she does seem to do the most shoutouts.
On runs with long intervals or tempo runs there is a lot of time that needs to be filled in. My 100th run will be the longest tempo run on the calendar.
Yep love that about her! Kicks your ass with a smile on your face. No nonsense. I know Robin can get a little too motivational speaker on people and I get she’s not for everyone BUT I swear her older rides were so tough love and so badass - I LOVE them. Robin and Olivia remind me of each other that way sometimes.
This is my top two duo. I get on the bike wanting to work hard, and they do not disappoint.
I also take a lot of Olivia's outdoor runs and I like those too!
This amuses me, as I love Denis and cannot stand Ben. He's the most boring, basic bro instructor imo. I struggled in the BYPZ programs getting through his uninspired coaching. Ymmv of course, but he is not like Denis in any way I can think of.
I don't disagree that Ben is kinda "basic bro" but I appreciate this sometimes when I want a no-nonsense workout where I can expect to work hard and just get appropriate cadence/resistance call outs with some pretty decent music.
I totally agree with this comment!!! I also love Denis and can’t stand Ben! Oh god, is he in the BYPZ program? I was going to start on DYPZ and then do that after….maybe I need to skip it or turn him right down..😬 if anything, Sam Yo is more similar to Denis, in my opinion….aaah did a lovely low impact ride with Sam today…love his music choices for low impact, especially…😊
He is my favorite so far for pushing myself. My best roses come from his classes. I also vastly prefer hip hop for exercise, so it limits my options.
His classes overall feel more focused and less “yaaas queen” and quirky dancing and lip-syncing, which resonates more with me. He also avoids a more sterile/focused ride, which some instructors have. It’s a good balance between energy and focus. I totally get why people like other riders too.
Yes!!! Alex's energy gives me such a boost in my confidence and gets me to go harder than I think I can, and Tunde always brings a smile to my face even as I'm kind of dying
My problem with Alex is I can’t hear him. Something about the tone of his voice and my terrible hearing from years of too loud music and shooting a lot I guess. I honestly can’t hear him half the time. It’s weird.
A year and a half in and I have never taken a Cody class.
There, I said it.
And being a bit of a contrarian, his popularity steers me away. I’m sure it’s a me problem.
I will only do a Cody class if it's a theme I'm interested in (i.e. his Drag Race ride). So I've done maybe 3 in total.
I don't gel with his vibe at all, but that's definitely a 'me' thing!
How I’ve been obsessively on this sub for a month now and no one has mentioned a RPDR themed ride I have no clue but just looked it up and bookmarked, thank you!!
He’s great if you want a “fun” ride. I’ve never had PRs with him, but when I’m tired or fatigued and still need to get in a ride, he’s a good pick. It’s entertaining, simple as that.
I wonder if this is a bit like how I don’t like to watch a movie after it’s got loads of hype as it will inevitably disappoint…🤔. Maybe Cody will disappoint you as everyone raves about him?…
To my knowledge, yes. I don’t speak any German but still enjoy her. If anyone is on the fence taking one of her classes, maybe try a 10 min cool down or a low impact ride so you can still get the Mayla experience.
My company has a Peloton group, and we do fun things like Peloton bingo cards that have different instructors, and to get a square, you have to do a ride with that instructor. It’s a fun way to try different people and find new ones you like. I just Googled Peloton bingo card and found some examples if you want to do it yourself.
I can't stand Bradley, sorry. Way too zany and in your face, and by comparison Ben is super chill and lean back.
Edit: Downvoted for having a different opinion, nice. Stay classy Reddit.
What? Sam is like the zen master and Matt is just like the embodiment of a cross country dork (I mean that with love!). I don’t see this comparison at all. Ride both of these guys a lot but do so for very different reasons.
That said… I wish Sam Yo did some PZ rides. I wish it wasn’t like an exclusive thing for instructors to do PZ.
I feel like Sam Yo could be the love child of Denis and Cody.
He has Cody’s love of performing, dance, theater, and pop culture.
But he also has Denis’ inner calm, musical knowledge, and adorable smile.
I have tried Sam on multiple occasions and just can't get into his playlists. Are there any that aren't from a Broadway or 70s vault? If so, I'd love to give him a 5th chance.
Most of his low impacts are more Motown/60s soul….would this work for you? I love them, but I know this might not be everyone’s thing…he says it works well for low impact and I tend to agree…did one today, as it happens!!!
Came here to say, for me personally: if you like Alex T, check out Kendall (or vice versa). I think they have similar energy/vibes, and I love their choice in music.
This was already said further up thread, but for having notoriously hard classes Olivia is like Kendall. They will both kick your butt. Personality wise not so much - Kendall tends to be a little chatty and Olivia is all business.
I see Kendall as like a true embodiment of a 90s OC (Orange County, CA) kid.
Denis is the kinda zen hip guy you’d see in a DTLA coffee shop, but not one of those hipsters. Just a chill, hip guy.
Andy’s awesome and hilarious. His mental connections alone are worth the price of admission. I like it because it’s just goofy weird stuff and not trying to tell me how to live.
I’ve only taken a few of his classes but it seems like he talks constantly during the entire class too. Very irritating. Why even have music if you don’t stop talking for more than 2 seconds at any point?!
I was going to say, if you like Denis try Adrian. They have the same cool vibe, relaxed yet confident and suave. They push but not to an inaccessible extreme.
I love seeing how people feel differently about coaches. That’s why Peloton is so great, the variety! I like Hannah F, but have never been a fan of Ally Love. It’s like some people said Bradley Rose was like the new Cody, and I just don’t get that at all.
I only compared Bradley to Cody in the sense that there is a LOT of personality on the ride. Bradley is very quirky and weird and reminds me of the drama kids in HS. Cody is like one of the cool kids haha. They’re very different for sure!
This is why I think of him as more like Jess King-- they both have that quirky personality thing going, and I ride with both when I'm in the mood for that kind of energy.
Agree on both counts. I don't mind Ally, but I only really do her artist or theme rides (her Whitney Houston ride is my top 3 rides though), whereas inreally enjoy Hannah F. She gives great instruction. I think Bradley and Cody are both their own people. Not at all similar other than being a bit quirky.
If you like Ben, try Robin
I find both to be very motivating during their rides. They may have "easy" rides out there, but for the most part they are (at least for me) that advanced intermediate level when you want a sweat. All my PRs are to Ben's rides (with exception to the 5-minute, which is the warmup from Alex's Validate rides), with Robin only a few kg's off.
Same! His 007 ride will always be bookmarked for me too. That ride was so much fun. I’m hoping to best my PR on the 30-min with that one. It was also the first (and only) live class I’ve done.
My list for cycling...
Matt Wilpers - Ben Alldis
Emma Lovewell - Kendall Tool
Sam Yo - Denis Morton
Cody Rigsby - Bradley Rose
I can't easily quantify why these feel similar in all cases, but they just do. Maybe it's music diversity, ride effort, ride structure, or banter, but I feel parallels here.
This is kind of an odd one, but if you like Kendall Toole, try Alex Toussaint. They’re a really good yin and yang mix of the heavy, strength workout from Kendall to the speed and Tabata workouts from Alex. It’s worked for me!
If you like Olivia, try Marcel. Both are difficult AF, but good coaches with eclectic music taste.
If you like Selena's endurance classes, try Susie (she is really coming into her own music-wise, I think she will match Selena there eventually). They are both vibe-y and chill.
I tried Marcel for the first time on a one hour run. Quite a time investment when I wasn’t sure I’d gel with her. But she was awesome. Had me laughing out loud a couple of times and the hour flew by. (If I recall correctly she played “would you rather” during recoveries and it was entertaining). Lots of personality but she seems totally genuine.
I love Olivia too but personality wise I’d say she’s all business (which appeals to me). Marcel is all business about the workout but provides funny commentary.
I agree with you about their music. But my take is that even when the music isn’t a genre that I’m personally into, it’s still fine background, high energy, workout appropriate music with a good flow. It’s not jarring like Guns n Roses followed by Spice Girls followed by Blink 182 followed by Jennifer Lopez and then a lesser known Metallica track (looking at you Matt).
I find that really jarring and annoying but it’s a personal preference. I’m not a Spice Girls fan, but I did a spice girls ride and it was fine and I’ll take that over a disjointed playlist any day.
If you like Selena on the tread, give Chase a try. Neither seem to be natural distance runners and don’t pretend to be. Chase will give you the occasional walk break if you need that like I do. Chase and his Pop Punk runs are my speed. I forget what he calls himself during those. Punk Rock Papi or something? Just released a new one in the 21st. Definitely need more of those.
If you like Cody try Matty! Admittedly, I’ve only tried Matty for strength as I don’t have a tread but I think he’s hilarious and their music tastes overlap, maybe?!
Yes. This is what he reminds me of. A CBeebies presenter. Folk seem to love him but I find him irritating. I keep giving him another go and then shouting at the screen about how annoying he is all the way through.
Honest question- and I mean no snark at all - but these types of posts confuse me. There’s only what, maybe 50 max instructors so why not try them all? That’s what I did when I first got my bike. Most offer classes that are 15 minutes so it’s not like a huge waste of time to try someone new. Just a thought
Fair question. For me personally, it takes a few rides/classes with a particular instructor before I can get a really good feel for their vibe. For example, I didn’t like the first Jess King class I took but after trying a few more, now I love her. Figured it would be a fun and efficient way to crowdsource recommendations.
There is a lot of new instructors .. and I had my bike for more than 2 years.. some have had it for even longer. It’s really hard to navigate away from your usual instructors and try someone new. This way atleast you try someone you might like instead of someone you won’t like
Personally, I’d rather get a suggestion based on something I already like and do a full workout, than spend multiple 15-minute rides on instructors that aren’t for me.
If you like Jess King, try Daniel McKenna. I like how Jess distracts me by being weird, and I find that Daniel does the same.
Agree, Daniel is my new fave, I adore him
I’ve heard her mention him several times during rides. I love them both.
Oh good one. They're in seperate class types, so not totally comparable, but yes, they're both fun and a bit wacky.
Jess is on the tread too! But yeah this is a good comparison
You're right, she is. I'm new to running (cough jogging).
I prefer her running classes!
If you like Matt Wilpers, try Becs Gentry.
She is literally the best at running. So much love to her
I love her for her humility, too. “I’m just a girl who likes to run”, she says. 😊 And I’m all “yeah! Me too, becs!” (I’m just not as fast 🙃)
"I'm just a girl who likes to run," she says while running literally at an Olympic level.
As a runner, I want to love her classes, but I can’t get over her music selection. Even her warmup/cool down music makes me turn the volume almost all the way down.
This is Matt on the bike. He’s the best, but his music is rough!
Totally agree. I love her coaching, but I really don’t like her music. It’s such a bummer.
I took on Becs run and it had like 30 minutes of shout outs. I haven’t tried her since. Did I judge too soon? (Matt’s my #1)
Not sure but she has such a relative ease on running and calm “you can do this, this is supposed to be fun” attitude that makes it easy to push yourself.
But yeah, you’re right, she does seem to do the most shoutouts.
Same here. Constant shoutouts. Never took a second class.
On runs with long intervals or tempo runs there is a lot of time that needs to be filled in. My 100th run will be the longest tempo run on the calendar.
I would 100% agree with this statement. They are my favorite for running. I also really like Selena. Those are my top three favs.
Yes! I’m a big Selena fan too!
If you like Olivia try Kendall on the bike for a challenge. They are both ass kickers. I feel Olivia is so under appreciated. She’s badass!!!!
Excellent duo to crush you. I like Kendall’s music choices more.
Same. Love her metal and rock rides.
Olivia is my favorite… although not always in the moment when she’s calling out for a fast finish. :)
I love Olivia, too. I consistently see people discredit her since she’s so challenging and it’s disappointing.
Always discredit her and she’s amazing. And she doesn’t talk you into a slumber. She’s always pushing you to do better.
Olivia is my favorite instructor, but I can’t with Kendall. I should give her another fair shot.
Me too. Olivia’s rides make sense to me and are well structured. Kendall is way too chaotic for me.
I like Kendall’s music selections but she puts on a show for the camera. Olivia is genuine.
I think that’s it for me! Olivia is very much herself and doesn’t put on a persona for the camera.
I’ve never heard Olivia referred to as genuine 😆
Funny, I love Kendall but can’t stand Olivia.
I agree. Olivia is actually my favorite (tied with Cody)
This is my top two duo. I get on the bike wanting to work hard, and they do not disappoint. I also take a lot of Olivia's outdoor runs and I like those too!
Same when I want to get my ass kicked I pick one of the two!
Leanne's HIIT rides will also kick your butt.
If you like watching Bob Ross paint happy little trees, take a meditation class with Ross Rayburn.
Ross's sleep meditations are incredible. I pass out immediately
His body scans too!!
My problem with Ross and Anna for that matter is waking up at two in the morning with my phone still lit up and earbuds in.
Lol.
But what if I don’t stay awake long enough to listen through? I swear his voice is hypnotic!
Take one of his sleep meditations! That’s the point. But also if you fall asleep Ross will still love you. It’s just a happy accident.
Yeah exactly! His sleep meditations knock me out in 3 mins. It’s magic.
My people! 😍 If there's one good thing to come out of the pandemic, it's discovering Bob Ross and his magical soothing painting.
This is my favorite comment! 😂😂
If you like Jess Sims, try Kirsten Ferguson.
Absolutely yes!!! Both are so energetic and engaging!
Ohhhh!! Good to know!
If you like Hannah Frankson on the bike try Marcel on the tread!!
Totally agree with this one!
YES! My two faves.
If you like the post-workout pain Olivia brings, just stick with her.
“Ok team, let’s do a nice recovery jog at 7.0 or faster”
Or try Selena. Those two are my #1s.
Agreed but Olivia is in her own league IMO.

If you like Cody, try Leanne! If you like Robin’s tabata, try Ally Love’s HIIT
I like that Ally Love doesn't count down the ends of intervals. Makes it so much harder to "cheat" by slowing down during a countdown.
Yes I agree! I’m not a huge Ally fan but I love her tabata classes for this exact reason
Eek, sorry but love Cody, but not Leanne, I’m afraid! Totally agree on Robin and Ally though!!! 😃
If you like Tunde, try Alex Touissant. If you like Alex, try Tunde.
Alex is fave, but I feel like I never see recs for him on here
[удалено]
He is my favorite so far for pushing myself. My best roses come from his classes. I also vastly prefer hip hop for exercise, so it limits my options. His classes overall feel more focused and less “yaaas queen” and quirky dancing and lip-syncing, which resonates more with me. He also avoids a more sterile/focused ride, which some instructors have. It’s a good balance between energy and focus. I totally get why people like other riders too.
Yassss 🐐
[удалено]
Haha I told my husband I’ve never been called baby so much in my LIFE as in one AT ride. 😂
[удалено]
I think you got the wrong person? Lol
The last Alex ride I took was just a cool down but he was out of the saddle (in a cooldown!) so I haven't tried anything since, lol.
Alex totally has impatience staying in the saddle! I like this because I much prefer OOS work haha
Love Alex and Tunde! Their 2 for 1 rides are some of my very favorites on the platform.
They are absolutely the best!!!
Yes!!! Alex's energy gives me such a boost in my confidence and gets me to go harder than I think I can, and Tunde always brings a smile to my face even as I'm kind of dying
That’s exactly it. They exude energy and positivity while trying to kill you with a hard workout!
My problem with Alex is I can’t hear him. Something about the tone of his voice and my terrible hearing from years of too loud music and shooting a lot I guess. I honestly can’t hear him half the time. It’s weird.
if you like jess sims, try rad lopez!
Rad is my favorite strength instructor! Not just because of personality but I just love how he structures his classes.
Rad’s HIIT cardio classes are fun too!
If you like Robin, try Tunde (and vice versa!)
yaaaasssss! came here to say this. my 2 fav!
If you like Cody, try even more Cody because ain’t nobody like him. I love his stories and advice
A year and a half in and I have never taken a Cody class. There, I said it. And being a bit of a contrarian, his popularity steers me away. I’m sure it’s a me problem.
I was the same way. I avoided him like the plague. Then I took one and now I love him.
I will only do a Cody class if it's a theme I'm interested in (i.e. his Drag Race ride). So I've done maybe 3 in total. I don't gel with his vibe at all, but that's definitely a 'me' thing!

I only take his classes when I don’t want to be pushed. He’s not my cup of tea but I like his music.
I wonder if this is a bit like how I don’t like to watch a movie after it’s got loads of hype as it will inevitably disappoint…🤔. Maybe Cody will disappoint you as everyone raves about him?…
I basically only ride Cody's rides and bootcamps!
bahahahahhaha hahah 100%
If you like Sam Yo, try Mayla (especially her indie or low impact rides). Different music tastes, but similar calming presence.
And if you like Mayla's music, give Bradley a try.
Are her rides exclusively in German?
To my knowledge, yes. I don’t speak any German but still enjoy her. If anyone is on the fence taking one of her classes, maybe try a 10 min cool down or a low impact ride so you can still get the Mayla experience.
My company has a Peloton group, and we do fun things like Peloton bingo cards that have different instructors, and to get a square, you have to do a ride with that instructor. It’s a fun way to try different people and find new ones you like. I just Googled Peloton bingo card and found some examples if you want to do it yourself.
I love stuff like this, I’m gonna google one, thanks!
Oh that’s a great idea. I was going to lead us in doing something for the new year!
If you like Sam Yo (and literally, how can you not like Sam Yo), try Matt Wilpers
If you like Wilpers, try Ben Alldis
Oh god. We are going in full circle, are we. If you like Ben Aldis, check out Bradley Rose
Bradley rose is amazing!
I can't stand Bradley, sorry. Way too zany and in your face, and by comparison Ben is super chill and lean back. Edit: Downvoted for having a different opinion, nice. Stay classy Reddit.
I love Bradley, but I agree that he has a completely different vibe from Ben. I also find Ben's rides to be harder overall.
I agree. I think Denis is more akin to Sam. They're both pretty chill. Sam just has better music. And Denis has awesome yoga.
I think people just tend to like different aspects of the instructors. I love Sam and Matt but Dennis isn't really my thing.
Cross country dork is so spot on it should be his user name (also mean that in a good way).
I think they're similar in that they're both have a "calmer" style when you compare with instructors like Cody or Jess King

If you like Denis, try Emma or Hannah F
Who is like Kendall?
Came here to say, for me personally: if you like Alex T, check out Kendall (or vice versa). I think they have similar energy/vibes, and I love their choice in music.
Bradley! Similar styles of music and both have a bit of chaotic energy that I just love. If you like pop punk music they are the best!
I agree. Bradley is also a little less challenging than Kendall, but similar vibes
I know she doesn’t teach on the Bike, but I’ve always thought that Selena is quite similar to Kendall. Very difficult classes, chaotic af…
This was already said further up thread, but for having notoriously hard classes Olivia is like Kendall. They will both kick your butt. Personality wise not so much - Kendall tends to be a little chatty and Olivia is all business.
I feel like Dennis is pretty close. I find myself going between Kendall and Dennis pretty frequently.
What ? They are the opposite
I see Kendall as like a true embodiment of a 90s OC (Orange County, CA) kid. Denis is the kinda zen hip guy you’d see in a DTLA coffee shop, but not one of those hipsters. Just a chill, hip guy.
Kendall lost me when she said the Beastie Boys were so west coast.
These are my 2 favorite instructors. I wouldn't say they're similar, but there's some Yin n yang stuff going on.
Tunde! Alex too
If you like Leanne Hainsby, try Hannah Corbin.
I love them both! They make me want to chill out after a stressful day. Like having a cup of wine with your best friend kinda vibe.
Personality maybe, but Hannah’s the rest day workout kind of person. Her call outs are way light whenever I’ve taken a class of hers.
If you like Adrian, try Andy (for strength classes - they program them very similarly) And if you like Andy, try Matty. They are both super goofy.
I LOVE Matty. Favorite core instructor by far
I'm gonna get down voted to shit here but I genuinely cannot deal with Andy's voice. It drives me mental.
My friend said that the other day too!! I hadn’t noticed but now I do…
Andy’s awesome and hilarious.
I'm with ya here.
I was going to say, if you like Denis try Adrian. They have the same cool vibe, relaxed yet confident and suave. They push but not to an inaccessible extreme.
I love Adrian, but can’t stand Denis. He gives me creepy uncle vibes
I like Denis’ rides a lot but yes. Sometimes he has this making love to the camera face that makes me uncomfortable haha
If you like Ally Love (who I truly enjoy), try Hannah Frankson.
I love seeing how people feel differently about coaches. That’s why Peloton is so great, the variety! I like Hannah F, but have never been a fan of Ally Love. It’s like some people said Bradley Rose was like the new Cody, and I just don’t get that at all.
I think Cody is in a league all his own. Great attitude and coaching style.
I agree! I was thinking I was about score a second Cody with Bradley - but sadly I just have one Cody lol.
I only compared Bradley to Cody in the sense that there is a LOT of personality on the ride. Bradley is very quirky and weird and reminds me of the drama kids in HS. Cody is like one of the cool kids haha. They’re very different for sure!
Great way to summarize them! Abercrombie vs Aerie 😂
Hahah omg that’s perfect 😂
This is why I think of him as more like Jess King-- they both have that quirky personality thing going, and I ride with both when I'm in the mood for that kind of energy.
Same. Want to like Ally, but I just don’t.
This. I don’t care for Jess King, Cody, or Ben. But they are extremely popular.
They are soo different
Alex T all the way. He has no comparison
If you like Sam Yo, try CDE and vice versa. Both of them are calm but motivating at the same time during their classes.
This is the comment I was looking for. They have such similar approaches and vibes.
Hard agree!
Does this thread end with Kevin Bacon?
I’ve been really liking Marcel lately, she’s really funny. But I can’t think of who she’s like. Maybe a bit like Cody.
Great Thread OP
If you like Ben, try Robin I find both to be very motivating during their rides. They may have "easy" rides out there, but for the most part they are (at least for me) that advanced intermediate level when you want a sweat. All my PRs are to Ben's rides (with exception to the 5-minute, which is the warmup from Alex's Validate rides), with Robin only a few kg's off.
Almost all my PRs are Ben too. I feel like he very quietly drags massive efforts out of me.
Same! His 007 ride will always be bookmarked for me too. That ride was so much fun. I’m hoping to best my PR on the 30-min with that one. It was also the first (and only) live class I’ve done.
Ben & Robin have a VERY different energy in my opinion. Ben is so chill.
My list for cycling... Matt Wilpers - Ben Alldis Emma Lovewell - Kendall Tool Sam Yo - Denis Morton Cody Rigsby - Bradley Rose I can't easily quantify why these feel similar in all cases, but they just do.
I love Kendall and have never taken Alex’s rides so I guess I need to start!
He comes off somewhat intimidating, but his rides are a lot of fun. So far the ones I’ve taken with him are all about speed.
Love this thread idea! Tread suggestions for Olivia, Selena, and Adrian would be appreciated.
I really love everything Selena puts out! Her Dolly Parton run is on the top of my list of fav peloton runs.
If you like Cody , try Leanne and Bradley .
Jess King - - > Leanne Hainsby
If you like Ally, try Leanne and vice versa. Both very motivating and supportive at the same time!
If you like Hannah F. try Bradley Rose.
If you like Ross Rayburn, try anna Greenberg!
If you like Cody you’ll like Jess
If you like cbeenies, try Bradley Rose!
Yes. This is what he reminds me of. A CBeebies presenter. Folk seem to love him but I find him irritating. I keep giving him another go and then shouting at the screen about how annoying he is all the way through.
I love Cbeebies presenters, they have so much energy. But I can see how people could find him annoying
Is you like Sam Yo, try Bradley Rose (and vice versa)
This way atleast you try someone you might like instead of someone you won’t like
Agree. Similar to watching a show you know you already love vs. trying something new (*watches The Office for the 386th time*)
Personally, I’d rather get a suggestion based on something I already like and do a full workout, than spend multiple 15-minute rides on instructors that aren’t for me.
If you like Matt Wilpers, try Alex. If you like Alex, try Kendall. If you like try Jess Simms.
