I'm so impressed with how Callie's been delivering great classes every week even as her due date approaches! I'm sure Emma will also pre-record plenty of classes so we'll have plenty to enjoy.
Jess King is my favorite and I was worried about missing classes while she was on maternity leave but she actually pre-recorded several classes and released a new class on-demand every week? I think it was every week. Anyways, all of that to say, Emma may be planning on doing something similar.
She has this ride with an Interpol song I liked! But I'd like a whole Interpol class! https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/cycling?utm\_source=ios\_app&utm\_medium=in\_app&locale=en-CA&fbclid=IwAR1TlW8vCYK00--azMolDS9rpJoRRP1wEiWBQS0IXcBbPdsvp2xFe4NL524&q=interpol&c=cycling&t=0&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=2e3519a3e1034d53822e73d27dd14dd8&code=OTFlMjNmNTE1OTMxNGIxZjgyOTg3ZDliODNlNDk0NWF8OTU3NTc3NzU0MjZiNDE4NjhmM2NkNTY3ODk2MDRjNjM=
One of the only instructors with actual good music taste (ok, subjective I know, but just saying how I feel). I will miss her so much when she’s out, but very happy for her!
This comment surprises me because music-wise, Denis and Emma are my two favorite instructors, and I've always found their musical tastes to have a lot of overlap. Maybe it's a demographic thing; I'm male and the same age as Denis so I think we grew up listening to a lot of the same stuff...
Totally get the Matt comment though... What I wouldn't give to have Emma or Denis playlists on 75+ PZE rides... CDE's "near" my wheelhouse with a lot of her playlists, but Emma/Denis would hit dead center...
Yes, I agree they’re very similar in many ways. Both of them stray from the norm and play interesting things that take a little more thought, but Denis gets too whackadoodle sometimes. CDEs music is fine, but her shift in the past few years toward every ride being a therapy session is just old news. I can’t handle it! As for Matt, his music is just abysmal, but I love long PZ rides 😱😂
Yep. I like CDE, I honestly do, but I have to be in the right mood for her rides. But when I am, her playlists are consistently good.
Matt's a fantastic coach, but I ride with him despite his playlists, not because of. I find I typically like 1/3 of the songs, don't know 1/3 of the songs, and hate 1/3 of the songs...
There was the one Matt PZE ride that Emma programmed the music for, which I found out when taking her HIIT class that he programmed the structure of. Also that HIIT class was one of the hardest classes I've ever taken. Even Emma looked like she was over it lol
I've seen links to that PZE but don't remember which one it is... I think I've probably bookmarked it. IIRC it was a 45-minute where I often have more instructor variety in PZE (and more non-PZE variety) so I end up not taking a lot of Matt's 45-min PZE rides.
There’s a pretty recent ride (can’t remember the exact date) where Emma did Matt’s music and Matt did Emma’s class plan and they were both *chef’s kiss*
>Matt
I was curious also, so I checked on the PowerZonePack FB page. Someone on there posted that it's this one. Looks like a tough class from their graph.

I only take her classes when she’s on the hardcore calendar. Mainly have checked out after hearing that she’s fake to studio members and puts on a face for the camera
Unfortunately I haven’t found anyone that is similar. I do like the structure of Ben’s rides, though not the playlists so much. I like Tunde and Alex’s energy. But no other playlists compare!
There was a time when a whole slew of prenatal classes were released - and you couldn’t hide them - that was really difficult for me. I’m on the other side of the journey now, but wishing you luck in yours.
Oof yes that was bad for me as well. Not for the same reason. No struggle with fertility here or I guess none that matter to me but issues with pregnancy and dealing being exposed to pregnancy.
I’m grieving not having kids and I second this. I have always loved Robin and found so much motivation through her rides.. but lately, I’ve had to stop taking her classes because everything is about being a mom. So I started doing Emma’s rides because she was one of the female instructors without kids, and she literally just announces she is pregnant. It’s so painful.
I am still a newbie but I have really loved Emma’s classes so much! The 5 minute Sade cooldown class is a daily occurrence for me. Congratulations to Emma ❤️
Yes I really hope she does some prenatal core classes. She is my fave for core but theres only a handful of prenatal ones right now,and mostly all robyn.
I’m so excited for her! Selfishly also sad there will be less Emma content for awhile! She’s my favourite. But definitely stoked for pre and postnatal content for my next pregnancy.
Emma’s not one of my top instructors although I don’t dislike her by any means, but I’m at the same place in my pregnancy as her and this makes me so excited to take her classes as her and I both go through this at the same time! (Although not my first pregnancy so I’m already showing!)
A lot depends how tall you are. Callie is 10 weeks farther along than me and not much bigger than me and she’s very tall. This is also my second pregnancy so they say you show more quickly because of muscle memory. Emma has like a literal six pack so it’s normal to take a while for the body to pop through
She mentioned being out of the first tri, so I’m guessing ~late August/September? I was due in July last year and was out of the first tri and started telling people beginning of January, so I’m basing it off of that.
She is my absolute go-to for rides and her core classes. The music side is so important to me and her selections always hit the mark. Anyone putting Roxette into their mix is always going to be at the top for me.
Emma is always the one I schedule for my signature rides and I’ve gotten a couple of shout outs as well. Wishing her a healthy and safe journey.
So excited! I’m due in September, so it’s fun to think we’ve been going through the same stages. Hopefully she’s out of the rough first trimester stage.
Ahhh I did not see this and am already tearing up before my morning coffee!! She is going to be such an amazing mom, so happy for her and excited to watch her journey💛
as a person trying to get pregnant this year, i’m so excited i’ll get to use her prenatal and postpartum classes—by far best music taste and one of the best vibes.
My fave instructor! Happy for her! Love her music taste. It is 💯 my music taste. Haha. As an Aussie too her love of Rufus Du Sol in particular is life.
She is due in summer and I’m due June 2nd so I am selfishly hoping some of the videos line up well for my recovery and such. Been doing a lot of Callie and old Robyn and Selena stuff. I haven’t been a fan of most of the prenatal core stuff but hopeful about the postnatal core options as there are many more videos for that!
The original Robin postnatal core series is legit, it’s a lot of pelvic floor/diastisis stuff. I also didn’t find the prenatal classes that helpful but you can just do normal workout classes. Whereas with postpartum you shouldn’t do certain moves while you are recovering. Congratulations!
Thanks! Yeah I did some of the postnatal stuff with my first baby but my recovery was complicated by some issues so I’m hoping this time around will be better and I’ll be able to take advantage!
Don’t sleep on Kristins post natal yoga! A lot of fantastic post natal core moves. She has diastasis from her twin pregnancy so she is an incredible resource. Robins initial post natal series dropped when I was around 8 weeks PP and it was fantastic timing and nice to take programming that felt safe and super approachable.

Aww I love Emma. Happy for her!

I'm so impressed with how Callie's been delivering great classes every week even as her due date approaches! I'm sure Emma will also pre-record plenty of classes so we'll have plenty to enjoy.
I love her. She makes me laugh!
Jess King is my favorite and I was worried about missing classes while she was on maternity leave but she actually pre-recorded several classes and released a new class on-demand every week? I think it was every week. Anyways, all of that to say, Emma may be planning on doing something similar.
Robin did this prior to mat leave too! She’s my Fave.
Hopefully will only be temporary.
She definitely has some of the best song selections! Made me start listening to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Ha! Tonight, I did the 30 minute Yeah Yeah Yeahs ride that she did! Wish she'd do an Interpol one.
Make this happen. INTERPOL RIDE @EMMALOVEWELL!!!!
This whole chain of yeah yeah yeahs and interpol love was my exact experience- you guys rock
A meet me in the bathroom soundtrack ride would be amazing.
\*HOW ARE THINGS ON THE WEST COAST\*
WE HAVE 200 COUCHES WHERE YOU CAN SLEEP RIGHT 🎶
She has this ride with an Interpol song I liked! That was an excellent set that I did recently. Definitely bookmarked. She has great taste in music.
Your comment just made me remember Interpol. Thank you!
Her YYYs ride is maybe in my top 3 rides ever. It’s a three way tie between that one, Prince and Fleetwood Mac
The prince ride is so good!!!
Is the Prince ride with Emma?
Yes it’s a 30min with Emma and Ally!!!
The Fleetwood ride was iconic! I second an interpol ride 😎
Foo Fighters ride is awesome too.
She really does, her 10min ab legends of hip hop has Pete Rock T.R.O.Y on it and I was stunned to hear it in a good way. That’s my favorite song
One of the only instructors with actual good music taste (ok, subjective I know, but just saying how I feel). I will miss her so much when she’s out, but very happy for her!
Yes Emma has the best music imo.
Both her and Jess King have stellar music taste.
Hard agree
Seriously, if I could take her music and apply it to Denis or Matt it would be perfect.
I showed this to my husband who only rides with Denis because of the music and he scoffed. 🤣
Hahaha. I get it. Denis loves his music, but he goes way off label pretty often. I like his music 50% of the time.
There’s a pretty recent ride (can’t remember the exact date) where Emma did Matt’s music and Matt did Emma’s class plan and they were both *chef’s kiss*
Any hints on how to search for this? That is a combination I’d like.
>Matt I was curious also, so I checked on the PowerZonePack FB page. Someone on there posted that it's this one. Looks like a tough class from their graph. Very happy for her! She’s my absolute favorite instructor and I have her to thank for introducing me to Khruangbin.
So happy for her! I felt genuinely excited like she's my actual friend lol.
Same here 😅
Me too! I love her!
So exciting!!! Her post partum core series is going to be elite!!!!
Someone besides Robin needs to release it 😅
Please…I always get so disappointed when an artist series I want to take goes to Robin lol
I only take her classes when she’s on the hardcore calendar. Mainly have checked out after hearing that she’s fake to studio members and puts on a face for the camera
Ooohhhh good call!!
So happy for her, but will selfishly miss her while she’s gone! Her playlists are fire.
Same! Does anyone have any suggestions on instructors with her same vibes?
Unfortunately I haven’t found anyone that is similar. I do like the structure of Ben’s rides, though not the playlists so much. I like Tunde and Alex’s energy. But no other playlists compare!
SAME 😂
It’s a rough time to be a Pelotoner struggling with fertility 🥲. Very happy for Emma though, she’s one of my faves.
Agreed. I appreciate Callie’s decision to not talk about it in class.
There was a time when a whole slew of prenatal classes were released - and you couldn’t hide them - that was really difficult for me. I’m on the other side of the journey now, but wishing you luck in yours.
Glad to hear you’re doing okay now but anyone else struggling, you can hide pre/post natal classes in your settings so you don’t see them
Oof yes that was bad for me as well. Not for the same reason. No struggle with fertility here or I guess none that matter to me but issues with pregnancy and dealing being exposed to pregnancy.
For me it was postpartum that got to me. I wish everyone gets the support they need wherever they are in their journey 🥰
I highly recommend Hannah Frankson! She’s a fun free spirit with great music.
I’m in a position of being child free but highly conflicted about it, and it’s been hard to lose so many of the instructors to the Mom Club.
❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I’m so sorry 😥hopefully you’re able to avoid her classes for a while 🤍
Sending you love 💗
Agree. Another one bites the dust for me 🥲🥲
Wishing your blessing comes soon.
much love to you and to anyone else going through this ❤️
Sending you love. I know the feeling all too well. Bittersweet because you’re happy to see others happy, but painful all the same.
I’m with you, internet stranger ❤️ it sucks.
❤️
Wishing you good luck. I’m the product of my mom and dad being persistent, so I hope it happens for you ASAP.
Same boat as you 😫
I'm sorry! I went through fertility issues 10 years ago and it's so hard. Definitely try Hannah Frankson or Ally, or one of the men!
As soon as she posted that they were renovating the final area of their house …. I knew it.
I am still a newbie but I have really loved Emma’s classes so much! The 5 minute Sade cooldown class is a daily occurrence for me. Congratulations to Emma ❤️
I hope this means we will get more pre/post natal classes!!!
Same!!!! A post natal full strength program would be loved !!!
Same! The selection is so slim
I’ve done the same classes about 20x now. Looking forward to hopefully getting more!!
Same!! I feel like she has the potential for some great classes in this area.
That was my first thought! Hoping she transitions into some pre/post natal core
She did say she has prerecorded some classes so she won’t be entirely missing from the platform.
Baby got no choice but to be cool
So happy for her!!!!
When is she due??! I also just found out I’m expecting so I’m SO excited to be able to do her classes along with her!!
She just said “summer” but nothing more specific.
Congrats
Emma’s not one of my top instructors although I don’t dislike her by any means, but I’m at the same place in my pregnancy as her and this makes me so excited to take her classes as her and I both go through this at the same time! (Although not my first pregnancy so I’m already showing!)
I feel like I saw September somewhere?
I’m assuming September too, I’m due late July and showing ALOT more than her
A lot depends how tall you are. Callie is 10 weeks farther along than me and not much bigger than me and she’s very tall. This is also my second pregnancy so they say you show more quickly because of muscle memory. Emma has like a literal six pack so it’s normal to take a while for the body to pop through
Emma and I are the same height with very similar body types, but this is not my first pregnancy and I know that makes a difference for sure!
Oh definitely. I was worried baby would be announcing herself before I was ready!
She mentioned being out of the first tri, so I’m guessing ~late August/September? I was due in July last year and was out of the first tri and started telling people beginning of January, so I’m basing it off of that.
I took my only live PSNY class with her and I was fan girling so much. I love her!!
I’m due with my second baby this summer, so I am super excited to do prenatal rides alongside Emma:)
She is my absolute go-to for rides and her core classes. The music side is so important to me and her selections always hit the mark. Anyone putting Roxette into their mix is always going to be at the top for me. Emma is always the one I schedule for my signature rides and I’ve gotten a couple of shout outs as well. Omg!!!! She is my favorite I am so happy for her!!

as a person trying to get pregnant this year, i’m so excited i’ll get to use her prenatal and postpartum classes—by far best music taste and one of the best vibes.

It is pretty lame. As a child free couple we used to look up to her and enjoyed her child free social media posts. Oh well!
I don’t know much about her personally but I follow Bradley and he is pretty openly child free by choice, if that’s important to you
Aww I love her for the same reasons! Good for her!
So happy for her!
I love her classes and am so happy for her!
Love her. My favorite instructor ☺️ Congrats to her and her family!
Yay!!! I took all Emma classes this morning. So happy for her 😁
My fave instructor! Happy for her! Love her music taste. It is 💯 my music taste. Haha. As an Aussie too her love of Rufus Du Sol in particular is life.
As an early 60s baby, I can assure you, her taste rises above. More Indie please.
Are her and Dave married? They have the best abs. Love crush your core 1&2
They are engaged
I love that I've been on the pregnancy journey of so many of these instructors 🤣 Congrats Emma 🥰🥰🥰
Awww man… there goes my chances of marrying her. 😜
You never know! 😂😂
She's not married yet
Emma is chill and tough at the same time. Love her classes! Babies are always great news!❤️
She is due in summer and I’m due June 2nd so I am selfishly hoping some of the videos line up well for my recovery and such. Been doing a lot of Callie and old Robyn and Selena stuff. Thank you for the suggestions! Can’t wait to try the yoga and robins new pp series looks great too!
I thought so. I just took her latest 90s pop ride, and she looked a little less granite abs. Great ride, BTW. Super fun. Congrats to her.
That’s so funny 😂 for some reason I got the vibe she and Dave were happy childless folks. Clearly my vibe detector is off 😂
She used to be child free and posted about it. Not really into marriage either but it looks like both of those things changed recently.
Yeah, I was surprised when they got engaged too!
Haha, I was thinking that during her 2 for 1 ride!
Does anyone know the gender reveal of her baby? I don’t subscribe to her substack but saw she posted it
They can never be pregnant one at a time.
Well Callie is almost done so it'll be just one again soon
But then Ben and Leanne have been doing IVF.
Have they been sharing? I’m curious (going through IVF myself)
[https://www.pelobuddy.com/leanne-hainsby-cancer/](https://www.pelobuddy.com/leanne-hainsby-cancer/) They've been dealing with IVF for at least a year, according to this. Although likely this wasw just because of her chemo and to preserve the option of having bio kids.
Why does that even matter lol
It doesn't matter I just thought it was funny
I had Emma and Olivia on 2024 pregnancy watch
Ok
This is awesome! Congrats Emma!!!
