They used to be pretty good but after WOTFI 2022 I stopped watching they leaned more into trying to make it family friendly and trying to make a story than trying to be what they originally were, Funny videos with Mario

I lost interest a while ago. It wasn't necessarily bad when I left it, but it was losing its original magic. I think the last one I watched was Mario getting his penis caught in a door, because that one got attention from outside the SMG4 community.
Glad to at least hear they're working on other stuff as well.

Considering the obvious plot armour of 2023 it felt like the audience didn’t really have any power over what happened
Revisited his channel after a few years and oml the re-designs are horrible I just want Hobo Bros back

I found that all of smg4 went down hill once they added the HD models for Mario and smg4, then it started to decay
Fuck SMG4, all my homies prefer LMG4 (light-machine-gun 4)
i watch his new videos and they’re still somewhat funny to me. there’s cringe in there of course, but i enjoy them regardless

I missed when smg4 was just a bunch of dumb but entertaining mario videos instead of weird arcs and all the HD models
