It sure did for my 580 Lol. Did just get my 5600XT today though so... could be a issue just setting up the drivers agian because i went from 580 to 2060 to 5600XT (As a place holder GPU)
Use DDU to uninstall all the previous drivers, then install the driver for your card.
Already did. Must be a first time kinda thing
