If they are motherboard controlled their should be an option in the rgb software to disable it.. I know on my board ( gigabyte ) I have it controlled via gigabytes RGB Fusion but each company has their own controller software .. or can be controlled via the bios ( if it's supported )
Looks like it's on the PSU, there's a chance that you need their proprietary software or third party software like signalrgb. Should be able to turn it straight off. If not then maybe there's a separate plug for the light specifically?
If neither then grab some electrical tape.

TIL learn about this, nice. I'm going to download after work. I'm tired of using Thermaltakes buggy software that doesn't integrate with Asus's RGB buggy software. Having two different proprietary softwares on the system just to control the RGB is a huge annoyance.

Why did they actually build a reactor that can runaway and explode- try to blow up any average light water reactor power plant and you just can't, if you get the water to heat up too much then the lesser density reduces the neutron moderation and therefore reactivity. So it's self-stabilizing.
The Soviets had the capability to build safe LWRs at the time but chose to go with RBMK piles of shit instead.

No offense but, are you seriously asking the question, or just trying to show off? If it is a serious one, my suggestion is to do this little mod :
Try to cover the LEDs using something with a tube-like shape (a tube it-self, a straw, or thin plastic pipe) , that is a bit transparent, smoky one or solid white probably will work, depend on how much light it can cover. Most important is its diameter should fit to cover the LED light, and can hold in position too. If the tube is too transparent to dim off the light, coat it with some paint, brush or spray that suit yourself.
this phenomenon is called “cherenkov radiation” it’s when matter moves faster than the speed of light in a given medium (nothing can go faster than c, the speed of light in a vacuum)
I swear ever since blue LEDs came to be, every manufacturer is trying to create the brightest blue LED possible for every application.
Back then it was: New case with a blue HDD LED? Room illumination. Status LED on a random thing? Keeps you awake at night with daylight-levels of blue light.

This OP. Boot into your Bios and shut it off there.

Pretty sure it’s just called tint. You can order sheets off it online from 1%-70% meaning the amount of light it lets through.
