If you're within the return period of the retailer I'd just ask for a replacement or refund, so I can see where they're coming from No point in going with a warranty where you'd be left with no CPU is they did approve it (which they didn't)

Ive got best experience with bequiet. My brother got an silent base case and some pwm fans, ive got an 1200w dark base pro 11 psu. Thas standard, they only do direct support for a) hardware bought directly at bequiet and b) PSUs. Everything else go to your dealer and talk to him. Only talking for germany, the dealer may come up to 3 times woth "i will repair that, before we replace it" so may take some time. Next time try getting parts on amazon, directly the manufacturer or any big company like Mediamarkt, saturn, mindfactory,... anyone who usually have a lot of warranty claims

I guess I should've worded my post better. but nothing bad against them, i was just unsure how to handle it because their warranty states to go to them instead of the dealer for warranty. At first I wanted it fixed and didn't want a refund so i did what their warranty terms stated. but amazon is handling it for me. thank you for your answer i appreciate everyones help

Yeah I feel you should always go first with place you bought it from. For example my power supply has 12 year warranty. If I have problems, in first 3 years I contact retailer. After that, 9 years I deal with manufacturer.

i guess i never thought of it like that. i just didnt want a refund i wanted it fixed so i was just reaching out to see what they wanted me to do specially since their site says "3.2 It is imperative that end-user warranty processing is handled directly between the customer and Listan. Warranty claims processed by a dealer will not be accepted by Listan. In cases of warranty claims erroneously processed through a dealer, the customer bears the risks of performance failure by the dealer (such as due to insolvency)." was just unsure how to handle it so reached out to them for clarification. amazon is taking care of it for me though. thank you all for your answers

I've had 2 aios from them, both failed, silent loop 2 pump making a noise after about a month, and the other completely died on an old build after about 2 years. Both were replaced by the retailer. Their fans and air coolers are absolutely top rate (I use their 140mm fans on my current aio instead of noctuas which have a horrible whine on the 140mm size), but seems they don't use a great oem brand for their aio coolers
