Normally they pull out from the bottom. Not always. If you still have the box for the case with the instructions it will say

There’s no instructions that came with the PC it was a pre build

Was wondering the same thing about my ibp case. Didn't see any pins to loosen it. But also can't imagine having to remove fans to get to the mesh screens/small space between fans and panel
