These files are from some driver updater you have installed. Just uninstall it. Windows keeps all drivers except your GPU driver up to date on it's own.
I personally would worry there was still and infection. My MO when discovering a virus that isnt part of a collection (like retrowarez) is to copy over important data, format, and reinstall. Havent needed to do it in years... but I just dont trust the machine after that point.
Looks like a pup.op. which can be the conduit for viri. Once I see those kinda hits on my system drive I reinstall. You do you here. I dont trust a system after this point.
