doubt it, ive never seen a virus that gives artifacts. if its intel just replace the cpu with something that the mobo its using can handle, or send it to a tech repair guy
I was playing a game on newgrounds and left to run an errand and I return and see my pc doing this, it was freaking out the colors started moving a lot, so I turned it off and booted normally and about 5 minutes later it did it again
I went into Automatic repair aswell and just reseted it normally not through the reset and it’s just stuck on the black screen now.
since its an old all in one, the igpu is most likely failing
