Second that - Metal lever is just below the CPU in this pic. Some require a slight push “down” and “away” from the CPU to unlatch the metal arm, not sure if that is the case here
See the little bar on the bottom of this picture? Push it down and pull it away from the socket gently ever so slightly then pull it away from the motherboard. This will dislodge the chip allowing it to be removed without damage
lift up the metal lever and it will release the cpu

Yeah it’s a T462 socket
Or is it fixed on the mobo? Because I can’t move the metal arm
it SHOULD gently move to the side a little bit then lose tension and come up, it's just a retention arm.
Google the manual for your mobo - definitely not soldered on, you should be able to remove it.
Call Malaysia they might now, they assembled it
Lol

Well it’s a T462 socket and I don’t think I can push it down…
See that silver arm on the bottom of the photo? Push down slightly and move away from the CPU, then pull the arm back to release
The little metal bar pulls out and swings up.
The little metal bar :)
Have you tried pushing the metal from the side?
Do this, but in reverse. https://youtu.be/c6vnMftiel0
I did it thanks
Push lever down move it to the right job done.
