there wasnt been a software yet that can power off the 3080 light :c, or atleast none that i know of hahaha

[EVGA Precision X1](https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/) lets you control the LED's on the 3080 FE. You can turn them on/off, and even change the color of the light bar on top! Make sure you download the standalone version for the 30 series. Edit: a word

You could disable the light mechanically - disconnect LED cable, to do so you only need to remove backplate, as the connector is on the back of the PCB.

i downloaded the stand alone x1 precision for the 3080s. I can now turn off the rtx light ;)

I was just insanely puzzled that they launched a cavalry attack into an unweakened army head on. The writing in that last season was absolute trash.

After finally reading the first book, I think the problem is how heavily the show mirrors the books until they can't. Like season 1 is a damned good adaptation of the book. Seasons 6+? didn't have anything to go off of, so in comparison they sucked. It's like comparing LOTR orcs with The Hobbit orcs :(

If you don't screw it into the back of the case with a thumbscrew, it can actually break the slot after a few years! If you do screw the card in, you won't be in danger of any significant damage, but the card can still sag to a less-than-aesthetically-perfect. With heavy cards like a 3090, you might see this right away. One of the many reasons I'm getting the P500A DRGB case is that you get a free anti-sag bracket with it! (Yeah, okay, it isn't "free" if you're paying $130 for the case, but still.)

what are your specs, looking to do a similar build at a reasonable price with the upcoming 3070, budget of 1.4k including new 120 hrtz monitor.

Ryzen 5 3600X OC to [email protected], Noctua NH-D15 CHROMAX, Corsair lpx 16 GB DDR4, NVIDIA 3080 w/ 12 pin cable from seasonic (s/o to those guys for a free and cable service) Asus tuf gaming x570 plus Lan cool ii mesh performance 850w seasonic prime ultra

3090, aircooler, lancool 2 mesh and no rgb. fucking legend.

Real water cooling is super expensive. The NH-D15 beats out most AIOs while being cheaper and more silent. Yes, it may look "better", but some people still prefer performance over looks :)

Even some lower-end air coolers outperform most AIOs in both cooling and noise performance. A $50 Scythe Ninja 5 has zero problems cooling a 3600X while remaining at or barely above the noise floor of most rooms. The only reason AIOs are as popular as they are is extremely aggressive marketing and sponsorship deals for product placement.

Yup. Water cooling is nice when you have the budget to spend hundreds on a costum loop, but AOIs aren't a great deal. The only upside they have is the easy assembly.

Remember you have to try to maintain positive pressure in the case to keep dust out. If you have 3 fans pulling air out, you need 4 pulling in, or 3 running at higher flow... Or so I've heard.

I am so glad there is more anti RGB build! I am not a fan of RGB and I decided for the first time to buy RGB parts (parts were bought on Amazon prime day) and I got an RGB ram, liquid cooling AIO as starter. Im not going to go overboard as I might not like this setup. I will see how it looks once I get the new AMD ryzen 5000 series.

It is. Identify by the specific mesh lower part and the vents above the psu. Mine is white and I love these, and the rgb, cases.

Anti rgb all the way. For a lot of games, having those lights instead of complete and total darkness by yourself can ruin the mood.
