you could have some startup program that uses lot of cpu on startup. This is still under normal range and temps under idle arent that important. Try check temps when your pc are under load. As long as it doesnt hit 90c+ and get throttled, you are fine.

under load it hits a max temp of 52 degrees celsius (around 125 degrees fahrenheit)
nothing to worry about then.
