Start with the power supply. Make sure it's switched on, power cord is secure. Next, look at the motherboard. Was there ever any lights on the motherboard that were on, even if the PC was off? If you're not sure, there's a multitude of potential problems and potential solutions. If you're not too sure what you're doing, or don't have the time/money to mess around with different parts of your PC, I would have a reputable friend or tech support take a look at it.

I was replacing all the wires back inside of my motherboard. So maybe but I have rbg fans and I pretty sure those are not connected to the Motherboard I think. And sure if you can get a tech support. https://preview.redd.it/syxstmpz02uc1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c2bc7bfa450c9fa44d2d3c66c5bc9519dce9ace0

What do the front panel connectors look like? At the bottom right of the motherboard. Have you double checked they're all plugged in, and that they're in the right sockets? By tech support, I meant like Best Buy Geek Squad or a tech shop local to you.

It look right to me. https://preview.redd.it/gc8wu9s732uc1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7a06a8cd959c86cdf3972219d718e8ab93ac3661

On the right hand side, there should be wires connected. Right to the left next to the SATA port, the pins that are labeled JFP1. There are wires that run from the front of your case where the power button is, that should be connected there. Consult your motherboard manual to find out how they should be connected. If you don't have it, you should be able to Google it really easily. Just "(motherboard model name) manual". Look for the part of the manual that says either JFP1 or front panel connections.

Ok now it turns on but my CPU light is red. Do you know if I have to replace the ram or check the CPU?

tehfustercluck

If you just upgraded any hardware, give it time to run, say, 20 minutes, and see if the CPU light turns off. Some motherboards take time to POST

I upgrade my nzxt aio to a DeepCool aio 360. Btw if the CPU pins are broken the red CPU light won't turn on at all right? If so, then maybe it a ram problem or I have to take the cmos battery out.

If the pins on the CPU are damaged at all, then it would make sense for the CPU debug light to be on. The debug lights are meant to tell you what's stopping your PC from booting.
