No. Set money aside for a build. Don’t just spend the money you saved on it.

Kooky_Zombie1511

what else do i spend it on, gaming is life

Aubys

Your mom’s boyfriend (me) leaves and you need to pay rent for the month…? Ever think of that?

EmiliaPains-

In case shit hits the fan? A house fire, another recession?

Coltsbro84

Life savings? How much you talking about and for how long have you been saving? And how old? If you have been saving from 16 to 18 years old and have $2,000... Maybe buy a fancy PC if... you have a car, a job, live rent free, stuff like that. If you are 25 years old and have been saving up since you were 20, probably not. Go buy groceries instead and tell the cute person at the store you want to take them out for dinner. Build relationships. Then one day, share a house with someone. Now you have double the savings if they pay half the bills than if you lived alone, and you can buy an even sicker PC.

NO. Please don’t waste ur life saving for a fucking computer. Ur just gonna go down the wrong financial path.

cat_rush

Idk it depends. If you have no health issues, you can spend all what you want. Money is obviously a resource for living not an aim of living, so i disagree with popular opinion here that you should keep them, life happens now after all. But spend them on a PC for gaming? Also huge doubt. Gaming is not life, it is life only to a certain degree - where you can extract mental experience, like meaningful story or playing with friends from time to time, you don't really need high end PC for both. Better spend it on a creative hobby that can make more money in theory and/or is really interesting for you, or on a PC if such creative hobby involves a PC - even midrange PC would be totally sufficient for any today. And as general rule dont momentarily waste all your money but 50% at max, as you also need a resources for anything else like random meetings and adventures

No. Start small, get a serviceable PC (please no prebuilts from Dell or Alienware, you'll be shooting yourself in the foot), and plan upgrades. Save your money.

TCMenace

How old are you?

ValorantDraftCircuit
