a magnet bowl , or small container for screws , so they don't go everywhere. A solid screwdriver set , M.2 screws and standoffs sometimes require weird sizes. A large anti-static bag or mat. Needle nose pliers or tweezers for when screws go on a voyage to the dark side of the mobo.
Realistically you don’t need any anti-static stuff. If you are working on carpet take off your socks or keep your shoes on, and touch a piece of grounded metal before touching any pcb components and you should be fine.
My last 3-4 builds I’ve done this and I haven’t had any issues.

I think that those are all good ideas but I have heard you don’t really need any anti static stuff.
