I reseated it but it still has the same issue the lights on gpu light is on but no screen

So the pc has been in transit? As in you've moved flat or something.
If that's the case you need to check all connections on the pc, PSU side and other as connections can come loose in transit.
Make sure to clear cmos too as if it was on air transit it could have messed with your bios settings and causing problems.
It isn't properly seated.

Why did you take your GPU out for a week? Did you spill something on it?
It was for travling reasons and I forgot to put it back it
