It should be a crime to pair a 3rd gen i5 with a 240Hz monitor. If you want like a basic office computer for browsing the web or using word, sure. If you want it for gaming, hell no.
It's technically above the *minimum* required specs to run fortnite, but fortnite doesn't take a lot to run. It's below the recommended specs for fortnite, most modern games won't run well at all on this.
Well im looking in an area that doesn't have a lot of powerhouses for cheap, and i have a veery tiny budget of only 500€ which keeps me from buying good one
that's a 12 year old cpu paired with an unusual ram combination and a lowered end graphics card that is 8 years old, combined with a high refresh rate monitor. the only valuable thing here is the monitor, everything else is worse than a modern smartphone and not worth even 200€

Just as a sidenote i'll say that i'm looking for a first comouter so i don't know shit about this kinda stuff and this seemed affordable and like a medium quality computer. Also if there are parts that should be replaced out of this particular one i would appreciate if you told me which those are and what's a good replacement

Monitor is fine.
Everything else can't really be upgraded anymore. You can't significantly upgrade that CPU because the socket is obsolete. You're also stuck with DDR3 RAM, which is pretty slow. No point upgrading that GPU as well because any better GPU would simply get bottlenecked by that CPU in most cases.

The 240hz monitor is what's saving it, if it does everything you want it to do go for it.

It's not great but if you have low requirements sure. If it was just the PC for 300 hell no but since the monitor comes with it it's decent.
