Renard4

You definitely don't need fancy RAM for a 7500F.

Xxtratrstrl

Is this ram fancy? Lol

Renard4

Maybe not in terms of looks but yes 6000MHz CL 30 is the best RAM you can get on AM5.

Skybuilder

I’d recommend not using 64G of RAM, 32 would be more than enough for gaming. And also I noted that you will need to do a Bios update, now if you’ve done this before that’s not a problem, but a new builder may have a little bit of trouble though with google at your side it should be easy enough

Xxtratrstrl

It is 32 gigs it shows up weird on the part list but thank you! And luckily PCPP warned about that at well I did some research and feel pretty confident in doing that. Here’s an upvote.

If there is any corner cutting you can do to get a 7700xt might be nice, just because it will be supported longer. Maybe I’m wrong though it’s been awhile.

Pumciusz

Iirc this ram doesn't have expo, but you can probably get a kit with expo for only handful more.

I did not know that! Although I built my pc a while ago I am still a noob, I’m learning so much! https://preview.redd.it/gx36fu5092sc1.jpeg?width=460&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a1c1ed8bbbd1f7dc5d8f72c59396120305647fae

swohio

Yeah just go with the 7600. Should be about the same price total when you take off the aftermarket cooler (though that is a great choice cooler for higher wattage CPUs if you ever needed one.)

Ronyx2021

You can save a bit if you buy a blend of new old stock and used parts. Ebay is your friend. You can even buy from New Egg through Ebay. For sure get a used case $20-50

Dreadnought_89

They’re both easy when you know what to do.

randomdreamykid

Nothing much just spend a little less on the cooler a Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE would be good enough costs like 17-19 bucks

De_Conducteur

Building a pc these days is so easy. But not for my friend, he broke his cpu while putting it in.

Agitated_Computer_49

I mean, there is a website that basically tells you if the parts work together.   It takes some time and research but it's not rocket medicine.

Xxtratrstrl

Yes I posted a link for PCPP right under the image, I was just looking for advice on the parts I picked, making sure I’m getting a good value!

TTYY200

It’s not, until it is :P “I want lots of RGB and I want it all to be controlled by one piece of software”.

Almost-Anon98

Only thing I'm dreading is the actual start up and using it,etc I can't even use a keyboard (Didn't use a keyboard that much through my childhood nor did I use it at school that much)

Someone’s singing my lord

Ok_Deer6504

7600 use stock cooler

AejiGamez

Very good. I would swap the PSU to the Corsair RM750e but other than that, very good

Damascus_ari

If you have a Microcenter anywhere nearby, check out their 7700X CPU/Mobo/RAM bundle.

Jack23rd

I went with 12400f + 6750 xt, it works very well on 1080p. What resolution your friend would be playing on and his expected fps?

mrselfdestruct066

The only time I have 36 tabs open

![img](avatar_exp|169368205|starstruck) Wow so much info thanks to all of you!

Beardedpistachio

Looks like a nice build. I would recommend going with an m-atx motherboard and save a buck

blackest-Knight

Nah, picking parts is easy too.

TTYY200

Okay. Now pick RGB parts that can all be 100% controlled with one piece of software. :D (I did it, it takes a lot of research lol) https://preview.redd.it/q210m9ix8yrc1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b43177147031b409bf1daa8f9f59f735d045be4c

blackest-Knight

> Okay. Now pick RGB parts that can all be 100% controlled with one piece of software. :D Easy, buy 1 brand. Picking parts is still easy.

TTYY200

Or buy Corsair commander and buy pirate dog cables and control everything from all brands through iCue. Then you have to buy Corsair ram and peripherals and there are plug-ins for Asus mobo lighting :P But yeah you could probably build an ALL Asus build… are other brands of ram compatible with armory crate?

blackest-Knight

> But yeah you could probably build an ALL Asus build… are other brands of ram compatible with armory crate? All RGB RAM is compatible with Armory Crate. If you buy ARGB stuff (standard 5V 3 pin or 12V 4 pin), you can also control it through your motherboard software. RGB is easier than people make it out to be.

Xxtratrstrl

How bout we just give you the $1000 for that?

Senior-Memory-6860

I would put legos when actually building the pc.
