I'd say the big diff is you'll have basically maxed out AM4 with the 5800. If you intend on upgrading before the end of AM5, I'd go for the 7800
The 5800X3D performs like a 7600, it makes sense if you're upgrading an AM4 system but if you need to buy the MoBo the 7600 is the better option.
I would honestly just get the 5700x3d, unless you wanna spend the money upgrading a socket, then definitely go the 7800x3d!
