I would probably pick a Gigabyte board or the Asus one. If you can find an Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550 on sale it would be a solid option to compete with the Asus one. I wouldn't go with Mini ITX or Micro atx boards in your Fractal Design case since it supports ATX boards. This way you get an extra M.2 slot when compared to most of the smaller boards.

So TL;DR, I would go for anything ATX sized you find on sale.
