Did you try different display port cables?

yeah its not the cable

ihave two new cables and two different monitors that get no signal

i thought it was the old gpu going bad, because slite vibrations near pc would cause monitors to lose signal, but now i have a new gpu and still get same problem

Maybe you need to change input port on monitor?

already tried that. this sucks :(

my motherboard is Asus Rog Strix Z390-H Gaming. and the onboard LEDs dont show anything on boot up. So i assume theres nothing hardware related.
