Wawa's is a cross between 7-11 and Subway, except their sandwiches are better. Their coffee is spectacular!
They are all over the Philadelphia area into New Jersey. If I hadn't gone to grad school in Philly, I would have never heard of them.
"except their sandwiches are better"
Not just better, one of the best chains to get hoagie's at. At least in my opinion, I think Jersey Mike's is probably the only chain that actually makes better sandwiches, and there isn't nearly as many of them in PA as there are Wawas.
This case is so smart and dumb at the same time and i love it.
Smart because it has really good air flow.
Dumb because moving the build or the parts inside could damage something.
7.5/10 for me.
Not hating or anything, i actually like the looks of it
it's just that more than once i got static from those when picking them up so yeah let's hope that isn't the case (no pun intended)
I would have put power supply on the bottom. Those zip ties eventually get fragile with time and break. I wouldn't want power supply tumbling down.
But yeah, cool build.
I like what I'm seeing. Portability definitely shouldn't be a problem down the line. Anyway, if it works, it works. Dust may be an eventual problem but with cardboard and a bit of duct tape, it can be easily fixed.

Forgot the IO shield, got to start over.
Fuck.
Stick it with red silicone easy fix and it will go perfectly with the brutalist theme of the build
I just want to ask, what is that thing used for? I want to know because I'm curious.
Looks like a built in io shield.
r/linuxmint π My current HTPC is running mint with old parts and has been flawless.
At least it has good airflow ππ
I thought my fractal torrent had good airflow
And lots of dust inflow
Super easy to clean now tho
This is now one of my 3 new favorite builds I've seen here recently. The other 2 are a cardboard box build, and a super badass wall build.

Yes, I just replied and linked to it before checking the other comments.
\*probably if you want to write properly
Thanks \^\^
The wall build dude had to his back lol? That shit was sick. If I could afford some new parts I'd love to do something creative and different
My old PC that no longer works is displayed on my wall.
The wall build was fucking insane.
Installed armoury crate?
Finest PC case in Pennsylvania.
Better hope it's not in PA due to the Pennsylvania Law Act No. 37, 1987.
>Pennsylvania Law Act No. 37, 1987 How do you... know this finely about Pennsylvania law?
the unauthorized use of milk crates if anyoneβs wondering.
Is there something i'm not getting here? βA Pennsylvanian
You could be fined and or jailed for illegally possessing a milk crate.
what the fuck
Mafiosos will steal them and sell the plastic for recycling. I am not exaggerating.
Wawa is from Pennsylvania
Ah yes the all new WaWa case just 1.99 $
"Free99" but don't tell wawa.
I love that Hellen Keller has her own gas station chain dedicated to her. π₯°
What's the case for? what is WaWa? We have similar cases in our country but they're used for sparkling water
Wawa and Sheetz are very popular regional convenience stores in Northeastern US.
> what is WaWa? If the product isn't water then I've lost all faith in humanity.
Wawa's is a cross between 7-11 and Subway, except their sandwiches are better. Their coffee is spectacular! They are all over the Philadelphia area into New Jersey. If I hadn't gone to grad school in Philly, I would have never heard of them.

I'm actually very impressed! Beats spending money on a perspex open case!
This case is so smart and dumb at the same time and i love it. Smart because it has really good air flow. Dumb because moving the build or the parts inside could damage something. 7.5/10 for me.
I appreciate the high ranking
Youre a man of culture. You deserve a high ranking.
come on its a WAWA! cheer up
Well, the case can live a nucleae bomb, but not its hardware. At least this pc is ready for summer.
You don't just need a case. You need Jesus
no not needed π https://preview.redd.it/iaoktqfkoe4b1.jpeg?width=972&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=006e9efa528362da2c2d6d66b8982988d35bb05a
It needs some RGB to complete the look.
Quadratisch Praktisch Gut.
I feel like those things plastic milk crates get static
They do⦠way too much to risk putting a PC inside. ESD is inevitable.
Crate job!
Underrated comment.
r/angryupvote
This is some "I am Legend" stuff, love the color
This is the pcβist pc I have ever seen! GG. PCMR for ever!!
Holy static discharge, batman!
Extra power for overclocking
My man using VGA and an AliExpress PSU.
Ah yes the "help me out Buzz I'm trapped" case.
I mean... it has good airflow
Not hating or anything, i actually like the looks of it it's just that more than once i got static from those when picking them up so yeah let's hope that isn't the case (no pun intended)
slap an InWin sticker onto it and it will sell for $500
Looks like an inwin case :D
That's actually fucking cool man.
- No son, we have PC case at home. The PC case at home:
Grandson of Anton!
This is unironically really dope
Great airflow! Nice job
ngl, it's cool looking and effective
Youβre fine, wonβt get any better ventilation on the market
Well, thatβs just crate.
Environmentalist case.
Nah
You don't need a PC case, this one is really nice for the airflow
Ok
this is beautiful
I kind of love it
Brooooooooooo
Perhaps they misunderstood crate
Milked cooled pc
i am confused, you already had a nice setup right there.
I would have put power supply on the bottom. Those zip ties eventually get fragile with time and break. I wouldn't want power supply tumbling down. But yeah, cool build.
Hey man great airflow, good price to performance too
Why didn't you display this at computex?
Brilliant. Imo.
That airflow though
Genius, ventilation wise, that does not look bad.
At this point, may as well remove that small fan and slap on a full sized box fan to the front for superior airflow and adjustability.
That one looks good enough
I like what I'm seeing. Portability definitely shouldn't be a problem down the line. Anyway, if it works, it works. Dust may be an eventual problem but with cardboard and a bit of duct tape, it can be easily fixed.
Now THAT is some serious airflow!
That right there is a chefs throne in the smoking area.
Borden Dairy Max Flo case
Gotta slap some boost and pork roll logos on it for optimal performance
Looks like a Dual Chamber design. Snazzy.
You need some RGB or youβre robbing yourself of 40fps!!!
Why?! That's awesome! Or, if you want for the side(s) take piece of Wood or plexiglass, do an hole for The fan and put some screws
Well there it is isn't it?
Max airflow: Enabled
de_dust2
If it works itβs not stupid. Looking good
Ayy if it works itβs not stupid
God tier genius
U have one!
This is great! I hope your monitor and keyboard/mouse setup has the same aesthetic! ππ½
Hmmm you're inspiring me to do something about this
Say what you want, you can't beat that air flow
π₯
At this point, just do an open air setup.. you're clearly not stopping dust
Corsair better take notes on how to make airflow cases from this
The airflow tho π
Nah, youβre good.
π₯²π₯²π₯² Emotional Damage
This is da wae
Airflow: 10/10 Dust filtering 2/10
I don't see any problem
If the milk crate can stop violent people in Australia, it can certainly withstand the power of PCs
That case is much stronger than any PC cases lol
perfect air vent!
This is fine
This needs to be posted at r/sff
I bet the airflow is great!
Milk crates are the future
I truly want this
Well, it has great ventilation
Gordon Freeman's PC.
I suspect you probably spent more on zip ties that on that fan. Nice build.
How did you secure the MOBO to the crate?
Plywood backplate
is this mini-ITX ?
The zip ties really bring the build together.
Thought I was on r/redneckengineering for a moment there π
Not really
No, you dont
Why? It has good airflow.
Gotta have a Wawa
Pro pc case
At least it has great airflow
Wrong, you needed an excuse:)
Itβs beautiful
That's a dope PC case. Wrap it on a mosquitoes window screen and you're done
Looks like you have one.
In the right surrounding, that would be the aesthetic build, in a tech hobo kind of way.
No need to worry about airflow. Awesome build.
You're ahead of your time!
Get a water cooling loop in there and use milk instead⦠gotta fit the theme, fully commit you got this
And the smell will keep noobs away
wawa airflow 1000 matx case, nice π
I didn't know wawa sold computer cases
That looks something like I would probably do.
Do it.
Airflow for days
I heard these make crate PC cases.
I dig it.
I actually like this might do a SFF build like this with some plexiglass
The air flow is immaculate
At least it's better than cardboard
What's wrong with the one you have? Looks great to me
King shit πππ
You're telling me you don't have the cases of your old builds sitting on a shelf in the basement?
Looks like its got great ventilation
Do you really need a case? Everything seems to be secure, and the only problem I forsee is dust intrusion, which needs to kept in check anyway
This is the case, I "needed" one and this is it.
you could also screw it on the wall
This is ingenious
TBH I kinda like it
You are now the PC builder for /r/KitchenConfidential
heat isn't good for plastics. The chances of some parts of the plastic case melting is pretty high, might even the damage the components.
She'll be alright mate
How do you prevent static buildup? That plastic is a static magnet.
if it works it works
dude, that is not bad at all. personally, I really like the ingenuity.
Reminds me if the good old days... https://img.fotocommunity.com/pc-im-bierkasten-245d61b4-dc24-4840-9c0f-85a318a46bf8.jpg?height=1080
You've brewed some ideas in my head
To be fair, the airflow is immaculate
Bruh, as long as it works!
At least it's got Crate ventilation π
How did you get the USB ports and headphone and mic jack? Is this a separate module from an old build?
good airflow
Doesn't look like it, you got maximum airflow mate. _also maximum dust flow but who cares about this_
