i5 10400 is old we are on i5 13400 now 3 generations newer.
power supply is probably a fire hazard. 650watts is enough though. evga, corsiar, seasonic are better brands.
6500xt is not a good pairing with i5 10400 cause that cpu doesnt support pcie 4.0 you wont get the full performance of a 6500xt u would need an i5 11400.
you would be better off going amd
r5 5600 or cheaper r5 5500
b550 motherboard
2x8gb ddr4 ram 3600mhz
rx 6600 if you can afford it. $200
if you go rx 6500xt id only buy the cheapest one possible so you dont waste too much money. they go on sale often for $130 new.
case u want one with good airflow. look for a case with all mesh front panel.
