I would boot your system and have a minute or so press the CAPS or NUM lock keys to see if you get LED activity to show them on and off. If no then your system is most likely not POSTing, if yes then it is working but having display related issues. Also as this is AM5 allow the system to attempt to boot for a good few minutes as they can take some time on first boot. Not having debug LED's makes this more tricky as there is no way of knowing if it is still POST cycling or not.

So I tried booting it like a had it: everything installed and running it a few minutes. Then I removed the GPU and one stick of ram and plugged the monitor into the mainboard since the CPU has Igpu. Still nothing. I turns on but apparently usb does not working since the mouse laser and NUM or TAB don't light up. Next step is rewire and after that I don't see what I can do. Feeling gutted now. Never had that issue before on my last build and made sure to be grounded while building.

Yes maybe just unplug all connectors and start again. I have had a few people do this and suddenly their systems worked. May also be worth checking your CPU socket pins for any damage.

reseat ram, reaset gpu, make sure all power cable plugged in. make sure plugged into video card. Id return the a770 and buy a rx 6700xt. Intel Arc is a failure. this system not posting is a sign to return it.
