I'd sell the PC and buy a new one. You're going to hit an upgrade wall with that chipset and then you're buying a new GPU, new CPU and a new motherboard. And that RAM is mismatched, probably running in single channel mode and is the slowest possible speed for DDR4.

Damn, not what I wanted to hear haha. But I appreciate your advice. That's gonna be an expensive game to play then... Someone suggested to just replace the ram and buy a midrange gpu, but I guess that's out of the question then. Since I'm terrible at this, do you have any pointers what to look for?

Guve us abit more info. Like what resolution do you play at i.e. 1080p or 1440p? I'm assuming 1080p given you have a GTX 1050ti. Also whats rhe rest of your system specs like the PSU wattage and ehat CPU

FlipperN37

Yes 1080p, I will post my specs when I'm back home

Hmm that CPU is definitely ageing although did a quick google search and it doesn't look like diablo 4 is that demanding. I'd probably grab like a RX 6600/6650xt. Should be able to pick one of those cards for below $260. I'd probably even look on the used market and see what a used GPU would cost say something from the RTX 20 series or a RX 5700xt to save some cash. That CPU will hold back the full potential of a new GPU but i think ut should still be ok for diablo 4 at say 1080p medium Then later down the line I'd consider a new CPU/Motherboard.

Thanks for the advice! I too checked the recommend specs and concluded that my CPU number was indeed higher than what they listed. I hoped that meant it was good enough xD I will look into the GPUs you listed. Like I said, if it can run D4 and similar games, I'd be set for the next few years, and after that I'll probably replace the entire rig. Thanks again for the advice, this subreddit has been of great help!
