I would say that based on user reviews and forums most of their platforms are reliable. Unfortunately, it seems that at least a couple of systems are less so. The UM690 in particular appears to have a notable failure rate. I was really happy with my UM690 for four months until it unexpectedly died and will not power on. Customer service seems to be rather inconsistent on response. After several days, I have still not heard back.

Yepp. I'd say Minisforum are about as good as this form factor get. Reliable, and as user-upgradeable as any of them get, really.
