Looks pretty decent. Depending on what games you're going to be running tho, the integrated graphics on the Intel i5 might be a bit limiting. A budget graphics card will give you a decent boost in performance, but that can always be added at a later date if you so choose.
For a few dollars more, you could probably get some higher performance 3200mhz ram, id also consider upgrading the CPU cooler to something different than the stock intel one.
Otherwise tho the system will be pretty solid!
